Sony Digital Camera With Microphone Input

I needed a microphone input to my iPhone (from a digital stethoscope) and this adapter works great! Thanks to B&H for getting it to me quickly. My only question: did it really need to be shipped in a big box?

Purchased this unit specifically for the bluetooth wireless format for my AX-100 Sony 4K camera microphone input. I also have a Sony bluetooth pair ECM-W1M where the receiver is mounted on the Multi-Interface shoe. This ECM-AW4 is very flexible because you can use it with the cameras microphone input jack which I need on my other cams that don't have a Multi-Interface shoe. Another great thing is that these units can be just used as a wireless communication device with another person. The sound quality is great and the range and speed of connection is very good. Battery life is also very good.

One of the hidden features of this very intelligently-designed microphone system is that the MICROPHONE input on the transmitter can be switched to a LINE input. This allows you to take the XLR balanced line output of a mixing board receiving inputs from multiple microphones and transmit that audio mix wirelessly to your camcorder. This adapter lets you make that connection quickly, easily and reliably. Very handy!

Use this product with my Sony digital camera alfa 5.

This is the least expensive camera I've found that can do all the things this one does. It has a microphone input for improved audio through an external mic. It has a headphone output to monitor audio. It has great picture quality. We've used it to shoot a low budget documentary for local cable and the web, and it has performed great.

I bought this to prerecord our church worship services during the pandemic. I paired it with the Tascam TM-2X stereo XY microphone and my Canon 5D iii. I mounted it on top of my camera and was able to mount the microphone and a 7 monitor on top of the cheese plate. It was easy to set up and the instructions for setting the input levels was dead on (be sure and check your sound levels on the camera). The headphone monitor worked well also. I haven't tried inputting sound through the XLR input yet. Search for Magnolia Creek Baptist Church on YouTube and watch the worship portions on May 10th, 24th and 31st to judge sound quality.

I use this to go from an Azden wireless mic to the balanced input on my Sony X70 video camera.

This is exactly what you need if your monitor only has a VGA input and your video output is digital, DVI-D.

I use this battery with my PMW-F3 sony camera. I also use other sony batteries for my digital camera and digital video cam. All SONY batteries last longer and get charged fast. But they are somewhat expensive.
