I've been ordering from B&H for over a decade (photo+computer) - they have the best of the best technical support team - both as a 'Live Chat' or phone call. This is so important for my work and my students. They are generous with their time and sharing expertise.

I was able to chat with customer support which steered me in the right direction. I was able to maximize my PC memory at a reasonable price (certainly cheaper than a new machine). This and the new SSD has given the machine a new life.

I received this item on March 24, 2020, and have used it daily since then. I rate the unit itself highly. But not the support I tried to get from Crucial. It gets no stars. I was unable to get my laptop to recognize the unit initially and opened a chat with Crucial support. The tech asked a question or two and then, without asking if I wanted a refund or replacement, asked if I had bought the unit from Crucial. When he learned that I bought it from B&H, he was through with me. I left the chat with the intention of calling B&H for refund or replacement instructions, but decided to research the issue to see if I might be able to install the unit without further “help”. I finally found a way to do so, and, as I say above, am happy with the unit. (I have the full chat available, should you wish to see it.)

They had a hard to find camera battery, chat support was very helpful and the battery was delivered in a few days!

This is the first camera I’ve purchased since 1997. I searched around for a long time before making this purchase. I even googled best place to buy a camera which lead me to an article listing B&H as an option. While on the website, chat support really took the time to find out what I would be talking pictures of and my experience level. Based on what I told my chat rep, they recommend this camera and lens. I am very pleased with my purchase and love how easy the auto setting is! While I’m learning it really helps to still be able to take quality photos and each setting and option has an explanation. I still have a lot to learn but having the support and guidance in getting started has made my experience a 5 star for sure!! My camera also arrived quickly and was packaged well. I will recommend B&H to anyone looking to purchase a camera.
