Not the size, the features! This little featherweight device fits in the palm of your hand but provides me with excellent communications and added safety in the backcountry. I usually hunt and often ski alone outside cell coverage, and until I bought inReach, I had no way to let my wife know exactly where I was or just to tell her that I was doing fine. The inReach has changed all of that. I use the basic subscription which provides 10 messages per month, but unlimited scripted messages that are included in the unit that don't count against the 10. So far they have provided us with everything we need to communicate, and my location is sent automatically so she knows where I am. The inReach will do a whole lot more than this, including navigation and sending an SOS, but thankfully I haven't need these features yet, and hope I don't! I highly recommend this little unit if you need the same piece of mind.

Let's be real, This is a beast of a lens.� I also own the DA * 300 f4 and it seems like a featherweight to this.� But oh my the quality of the images with the DFA 150-450 across its zoom range is stunning.� � I have gotten great images handheld and have also had incredible crop ability with this lens.� �If you need to go in the field and want to gain a a bit of muscle on your biceps this is the lens for you and for me.� I have shot this on a K-5iis and my new K-1 MKII It is so� enjoyable to see the results.
