Sony Flagship Headphones 2018

It's been almost two years since I have been using these headphones. I have used many flagship headsets and this one remains my favourite one out of all the other headsets.

open-back headphones provide a more natural sounding experience with a wide soundstage. The price paid for this is sound leakage to the outside and - often - weak response in the low frequency region. However, Philips has managed to achieve a warm and rich sound with powerful bass already in the Fidelio X1. In next flagship, these qualities are not only preserved, but also improved. The improvement in the sound of the Fidelio X2 versus the X1 is obvious. Headphones are noticeably better at handling voices, brass instruments, cymbals, and subtle nuances in the high frequency range. The bass is booming and full-bodied, but they have become more balanced, better controlled. The sound signature of the Fidelio X2 and X1 is similar, but the new flagship sounds more mature. The response across the entire frequency range is smoother, which will certainly appeal to audiophiles and personal audio enthusiasts. Music is played more pleasantly and naturally, but still fun, without monitor dryness. In addition, headphones are well suited not only for listening to music - surround sound and powerful bass help to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of movies or games, explosions and various effects sound great

Super Powerful. Easy to use UI. More solidly built than our flagship Sony ES from 2002. Fantastic dynamic sound into our 13 speakers and 8 subwoofers. More fatures than any other AVR we have ever used before. Back panel is well done also. Front display is easy to read from 15 feet away.

My Sony headphones look like new! AMAZING!!!

This batteries are fantastic. In the past I went cheap and bought third party batteries just to realize how much more Sony ones last, I mean shooting and it's lifespan. I'm still using my batteries from 2018 intensively and they don't disappoint me.

Purchased in August, 2018 so now 10 months experience, using on sensors of my Sony a7iii and a6500. It has easily removed every spec of dust, more effective and easier to use than all the swabs and gel sticks with which I'd previously struggled. And it's small, light weight, and always in my bag. Still functioning perfectly. I'd buy again, and I recommend it to everyone. Have also used it to remove dust from rear lens elements.

This phone far exceeded my expectations. A true flagship killer.
