Sony Headphones Connect Linux

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones sound great and fit great. This is my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, so I couldn't believe the difference in using these headphones. I really like the case for traveling and storage, all the pieces fit in it nicely. It comes with a charging cord, an airplane adapter and a cord to connect it to your phone or music device and works with bluetooth as well. They are adjustable, they have nice padding across the top of your head and around your ears. They power on easily and after setup they connect quickly with my android phone. They are very comfortable and able to be worn for hours of great listening. Thes Sony headphones are awesome and I have enjoyed using them and definitely say give them a try for yourself.

I connect the SMH-1000 Closed-Back Professional Monitor Headphones to my Sony NEX-FS100UK hi-def professional camcorder.

1. This drive is very easy to use as is---you can plug it in, download the apps, and use it that way. 2. If you're using Linux and/or don't want to download their apps, you can just connect to the device through a browser and set it up that route instead. 3. The device itself runs Linux, so if you want to tinker with it there are folks online who show you how to run Debian on it! (Just google debian on buffalo.) It's not very powerful (Arm7 with 256MB RAM) but if you want you can still use it for a bit more than just storage. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I got this adapter to connect my Linux computer that has a thunderbolt connector now I'm getting acceptable transfer speeds.

I haven't tested this on my Linux machine, but it works flawlessly on Windows after downloading the drivers. It does exactly what it says, and it does it really well. I was a bit worried that the headphone output wouldn't be able to properly drive my Sennheiser HD650 headphones, but it worked perfectly and has enough power to even make the headphones uncomfortably loud, so that's a win. I was able to get rid of my standalone headphone amp completely and haven't heard a difference. I've tested the interface with both a Samson Q2U and an Audio-Technica AT2035 and can say that the preamps are very clean. I haven't had any problems with either of them. The Q2U especially, being a dynamic mic, needs a relatively high gain and this interface was able to get good volume levels easily. I'm very happy with this interface. The knobs are very smooth, the unit is fully metal and feels robust, it doesn't need external power, and it has a great display. I would definitely recommend the Motu M4 to anyone looking for an audio interface.

I use it to connect my wired headphones to my new iPhone. Works great!

It does work with my workstation so I can connect a wireless tablet, headphones, etc.

Needed a replacement because the one that came with the headphones didn't connect very well. This one worked.

I use the headphones to listen to TV late at night via bluetooth. Between the Headphones & TV they connect automatically with easy volume controls.
