Sony Headphones Warranty Canada

Great value. For me as an adult male they are excellent for weight, grip & feel. I can easily & steadily hand hold them. I was worried about the 10x being a bit jittery, but it's not for me. The image clarity is very good even toward the edges. At some eye viewing angles there can be a little chromatic fringing of either purple or green on high contrast subjects, such as a white edge or black edge. The warranty inside says Lifetime No Fault protection which is encouraging, but for me in Canada, it also says that I need to return them to B&H, whereas the US residents get to return them to Vanguard. I hope that I don't need any warranty work. They are very tight & solid, but I have dropped binoculars before. The eyecups are the best I've used being solid & not flimsy folding rubber & I love the locking diopter setting!!The cons are: the manual is sparse, though is there much more needed? The carrying case is nice for packed travel but not very useful for use under a jacket, though it connects cleverly to the strap. The strap is nice enough, wide & padded but I am going to get a harness to stop bouncing & movement while walking.Service & shipping from B&H to Canada was excellent. There was a $ rebate which added to the value & I've sent it in & hope that works out. Highly recommended after use & much research.

I wanted these headphones and live in Canada. I know who sells the cheapest here and they are a 10 minute drive away from me. They could not support my order with Pay Pal properly so I gave up and said I would bite the bullet with Customs duties, brokerage hst etc. and order from the US. B & H has the option for you to pay duties etc in advance so there are no surprises later. I cant believe these guys got this product to my front door in 2 days. After all was said and done I still saved $45. How is that possible? But it is. B&H you are my new to go to place from now on, even though Im and Canada and your in New York. I would recommend this place to anyone. Service is one of my number 1 criteria and B & H just hit the top of my list. Product came in perfect condition. So far these headphones are unbelievable for what I use them for which is a combination of recording mixing etc. I have 5 other sets of headphones but keep using these. Great product. These are the exact same type of battery that came with my Sony A6400 Camera. Great price here at B&H Photo, paid $155.00 Canadian including shipping (free) taxes & duties into Canada. Would have cost me $227.00 Canadian including taxes to buy the 2 batteries here in Vancouver, Canada. Shipping was super fast, like really fast! Ordered December 8th arrived on December 17th 2021. I live in Canada, aslo i live near a large body of water. I always have my SONY M10 recorder on me and i dont want to miss a good sound when i can. So i also keep my dead kitten on me. Its just a must. I like the RODE one because of the elastic and price. Basically i dont think a furry changes form company to company, but i abuse my furry ALOT and it never fails.

How easy was that ? This is one of those electronic items that is way cheaper to purchase in the States than in Canada.  Even taking into account exchange rate, shipping, and duties. B&H is there more often than not to assist Canadians in their quest for hard to find photographic equipment. We just dont have the market and demand in Canada so I frequently turn to B&H.  BTW .... it works perfectly and exactly as advertised, no surprises. If you actually read the description it clearly states that it charges one battery, then the next. Clearly understood and expected.  Sony quality... why fool around with your expensive Sony cameras and batteries with a charger that just wont mesh to save a few dollars ?

The Sony AC-VQV10 is great. I couldn't find one in Canada, not even listed on the Sony Canada Website. I found it very frustrating trying to find Sony Brand Accessories for my newly purchased Sony FDR AX33B Camcorder.
