The best pair of headphones I have ever owned. Period.

So, my original purchase failed after a couple of months (after the return period). I contacted the warranty service department at Sabrent, they were GREAT! Sent me a replacement. I haven't even tested it, but giving a 5 stars.

Without a doubt the best customer service I have experienced. Sonos replaced my Sonia 5 well after warranty period when the wifi stopped working. No questions asked, no service charge or even shipping! This after 3 years of use! I also have two Sonos 1's set up in stereo and love them. Can't say enough!

I've had this speaker for 7 years and just sent it in for repairs a month ago due to dropping it one too many times. I was past the warranty period so I had to pay for the repairs. What they sent back was basically a brand new speaker. It works like new and connects to everything without issue. The sound quality hasn't missed a beat.

I find it comforting to be able to extend Canon's short warranty period for an extra year, especially to cover a brand new product. It gives me piece of mind, so I'm giving this option a 5-star rating.

I love my macbook but it had few issues during the warranty period. Apple care will give me peace of mind for the next 2 years and from B and H you get in instantly and for $$cheaper. I love this deal!

This is my second QNAP NAS. I had a major hardware failure on my first one and it was sadly far outside of its warranty period. Despite being out of warranty, QNAP support was very quick to help and assisted me in creating a plan to migrate to new hardware. When my new NAS arrived, the migration of my existing drives took a fair bit of work, but QNAP support stuck with me until everything was 100% perfect. This ultimately ended up requiring them to login into my NAS and taking on the task themselves to the tune of a couple of hours of work on their part. Like I said, great hardware, excellent support!

I always buy AppleCare for my Apple products - it extends the warranty and tech support period and to me has always been worth it. If you have one little hardware problems these days it's very expensive to get it repaired!
