I'm a psychotherapist currently doing remote counseling and have been struggling to find a noise cancelling headset that is comfortable and works well. This headset truly meets both of those needs. While it did bother my ears at first for the first week or so, it has since become extremely comfortable and enjoyable to use, with a crisp sound and an amazing noise cancelling microphone.

Great headset, brighter LEDs than i was expecting sk that nice. I also like that it isnt noise cancelling bc i like to know if there's an emergency around me

Ive had several other noise cancelling headphones by Bose (QC35 II) and Beats (Studio Wireless) and I always hailed Bose as king of Noise Cancelling headphones. Now the only thing that Bose has over Sony is the durability of the headphones, my Bose headphones I could pretty much bend however I wanted and they wouldn't break. The Sony's are a bit more stiff, but the material is still premium! I originally went with Bose because of their comfort though, I like to wear my headphones for an extended period of time and the old Sony's (XM1 and XM2) got uncomfortable after a few hours. With the new design however, I can see myself wearing these all day! What does Sony have to offer that's better than Bose? - Noise cancelling (much better) - Sound quality - Battery life - Customization through app - Accessories (better quality auxiliary charger cords, as well as a good airplane adapter!!) - USB-C Charger!!! (as a MacBook Pro owner this was a must, I hated micro-usb so much) - Comfort? (I'm still testing this out but ill update in a few weeks if its better or on-par with the Bose QuietComfort 35 ii)

Decent sounds quality (for bluetooth) and very good noise cancelling. I only wish there was an option for non-leather ear pads.

Have 2 other Bose Noise-Cancelling headphones over the years and I always felt somewhat disappointed in the quality of the noise cancelling, but figured this is what it is. Now I know differently. These Sony headphones literally shut down nearly all the noise where I can't hear anyone talking to me and priced reasonably, unlike the Bose or Apple headphones.

Best bluetooth headset that I have had so far. I've gone through two sony headsets in the past few months and these are by far the best I've come across.

Good sound quality decent noise cancelling. These have loops on them that lets me connect with a string because one earbud inevitability falls out during extreme trail running. Overall good product for the money.
