Sony Ipod Docking Station Not Working

My wife and I purchased the Play5 and the Play1 because our iPod docking station wasn't cutting it and we wanted to be able to play music from SiriusXM in the house. This has allowed us to do those things, use our iPod (through the aux jack) and listen to local radio. The control of these is very simple and intuitive and they sound great. We listen to more music now and isn't that what you want?

This docking station was easy to set up. The quality of it seems to be nice and the docking station looks premium. It seems to be working flawlessly for what I need. Working from home has been an adjustment and I needed a docking station to be able to use with my computer montinor. This is exactly what I have at work and what I needed to work from home. Excellent purchase overall, arrived quickly and I am very happy with it.

I've been using this docking station for the past 5 months working from home and it's been nothing else but a life saver. I have it connected to my HP ProBook 640 G2 work laptop (via USB 3.1), two Dell U2515H montiors running at 1440p/60Hz (via DP) and to my Gigabit home router and it's been working flawlessly, without ever having to restart it once. If anything, my only reservation would be its price tag.
