Sony Lenses For Mirrorless Cameras

I use a few Batis lenses with my Sony mirrorless cameras and I think they are outstanding. Great color and sharpness. This lens particularly was well worth the investment in my opinion. 5 |

Fits my two Sony mirrorless cameras plus several lenses, including Sony 100-400mm, a flash and other bits and pieces with space for tablet or laptop and a few personal items. Delighted with it. 5 |

good for mirrorless cameras. I'll walk around with a sony a7iii and two extra lenses. The front pockets aren't super flexible so there isn't a whole lot you can put in them. Main reason I got this was so that I could have something that's a bit more stylish for walking around with when doing some photo journey's around town. pretty comfortable for walking around with. would recommend. 5 |

I am a part time professional photographer and have shot with Canon gear for the last 15+ years. Like many others I got tired of lugging the heavy FF cameras around and have been watching the development of the mirrorless format. I got dizzy trying to navigate all the options and make a decision but finally decided to go with the Sony A7R3. This little converter was the last push I needed to convince me that Sony was a good choice. I take photographs with my cameras. I don't really spend time assessing my gear or pixel peeping. I am not good at that sort of technical gear study. I just see whether things work well or they don't. This works and it works well. The day the camera arrived I didn't yet have any sony lenses but I have several canon lenses. I put the converter on and attached the canon 85mm and I would never have known there was a converter on the camera. The focusing was fast and accurate. This little unassuming converter has saved me countless dollars. While I sold many of my canon lenses, I was able to keep the essential ones that I shoot with most often. No need to purchase new glass to go with my beautiful new camera. This little adapter is a game changer for any canon shooters thinking of making the switch to Sony. I had no idea this existed until I spoke to the folks at B and H asking for their thoughts on which mirrorless would be good for me. BOTTOM LINE: I cannot sing the praises of this little converter/adapter highly enough. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go sony. This little relatively inexpensive thing erased any lingering doubt about the purchase. 5 |

Great bag for wandering and working out of. Holds my two Sony mirrorless cameras and four lenses just fine. Everything is quickly and easily accessible. Padding for the lenses but not the bodies. You may want to consider adding some padding lie I did. 5 |

I've owned Sony mirrorless cameras for years. Before that, I was a Canon shooter for over 40years. Sony is great. Love the color, the flexibility you get with their bodies, the lenses available--not as many as Canon, but not bad. The a7R IV has so far performed flawlessly. I like the ability to use app-c lenses and get a 26mp image or to use a full frame lens and crop in on the image which is very useful to me when photographing birds and other wildlife-my primary subjects. And landscapes of course are incredible with a 61mp sensor. I strongly recommend this camera body. 5 |

The sharpness and freedom from aberration of this lens is beyond anything that I can remember from Canon, Nikon, Mamiya, Zeiss and Leica, and when combined with the 61 megapixel Sony A7R4 the results are simply amazing. The focus damping is extraordinary and the quality of the lens overall is unmatched. The only negative of this and all lenses used on the Sony mirrorless cameras in the inability to focus with open-aperture metering. By this I mean the camera operates in depth-of-field preview mode all the time. Again, this is a problem with all lenses on most mirrorless cameras, and makes it difficult to place focus without some effort. That said, the manual aperture ring makes the process relatively easy for static or near static subjects. I set the aperture to 2.0, focus at the exact point desired, then adjust the aperture to the intended value to obtain the desired depth of field. The same exact process has to be used with any lens when used on the Sony when one wants to place the focus position precisely. Now I want the 50 f2 and 21 f1.4... 5 |

This is hands down one of the best lenses you can get for the Sony mirrorless cameras. It's very fast, very sharp, and generates nicebokeh if needed. 5 |

It's the best option for Sony mirrorless cameras because it's the only option. I reviewed on YouTube. Very easy to use. 5 |
