Sony Mirrorless Camera 6500 Series

Will it work with sony alpha series 6300 or 6500 ? .

It's my 4th Sony mirrorless camera from the Nex series, and I think there the best of there with speed and quality.

Believe all those rave reviews for the RX100 VII. I've been shooting with Sony's 6000 series for a number of years, including the 6500. The RX100 VII matches the 6500 in most ways and adds a 200 mm zoom. No, you can't use all your lenses, but most of the time you don't need them. For previous Sony users the transition is seamless, as the controls and menu basically replicate the 6000 series. Autofocus is ridiculously fast, and exposure metering superb. Most pictures are tack-sharp without flaring or sun spots. It's small, of course, and takes some getting used to for those of us with regular adult size hands. But I find it easy to work with. Very pleased.

I've been on a mirrorless camera journey with Sony since the NEX 7 and then jumping to the A7 series. So far, I am really happy with this iteration. This feels like a very complete 'hybrid' camera with very few compromises. I upgraded mostly to get the improved auto focus, but in fact every aspect of the camera is improved in meaningful ways over the a7iii.

Fantastic mirrorless camera, I love the alpha series very much, I've tried canon and nikon but sony gets it just right. As an amateur photographer, I use B&H for all my camera needs, they have everything I'm looking for and more. I upgraded from the A7 III and I don't regret it. Not much of a difference except for the body style and sensor which is a great upgrade for me. I love this camera and would recommend anyone to get it. If you have trouble deciding, rent one and you will know what I'm talking about.

This is the original Sony battery, so it's designed for the camera. In the case of the ICE-6500 (6500), the camera uses a lot of juice. So I carry two charged spares with me when I'm out with the camera. Highly recommended!

I am getting old and weight has become an issue. I still love traveling and photography. I have a Sony A 6500. I bought this lens to go with that camera. The combination is terrific. I did notice that at 300 mm some of the edges were not as sharp as I would like. But the solution is easy, adjust the shutter priority to a higher value. I tend to do that anyway because I am shooting from a boat or the target is moving. I highly recommend this lens.

Exactly the battery I needed for my new baby, my sony alpha 6500.

Coming from the smaller Sony Mirrorless batteries for the A7SII series, these batteries are a huge upgrade. They last very long in my FX3 and the charge is unbelievably fast. Sony gets the 'Most improved player' award.
