I purchased the Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel Leather Edition for iRacing. I couldn't be happier with the product. It was extremely easy to set up and is a ton of fun to use. It is solidly constructed and performs as expected. I did my research and decided on a belt-drive versus gear-drive wheel. My Thrustmaster wheel is smooth and accurate and makes you feel as if you are actually in the race car. The force feedback mechanism is also very good...when I go off course or spin, the wheel reacts as I would expect it to. If you are serious about iRacing or racing-related video games, this rig won't disappoint.

I purchased this wheel for use on I racing. I have a TX wheel set and found it to be too small. This wheel just the right size.

This is a very nice entry level wheel. PC, PS3, and PS4 compatible is a huge bonus. Great FFB feel, software is easy to use for setting up. Down side is the pedals, pretty weak for a $469 set up. Thrustmaster did include a brake mod which helps a bit after fine tuning. Installing for the PC was plug and play after firmware and software downloaded. PS3 was easy as well, PS4 was a bit tricky at first but now works fine once all the FFB settings are turned down by 50%. As far as driving experience I mainly use in Assetto Corsa and is brilliant! You can actually drift with confidence (if your into that)... whether in a vintage racer (me usually) or a F1 car, the feel is fantastic. If you are thinking of stepping it up from a Logitech wheel do not hesitate with this wheel.

I got into sim racing at the start of the Covid pandemic, and started with a Logitech G920. Though it’s not a bad wheel, it just wasn’t enough given the mediocre force feedback, and no interchangeable wheels.. so I truly wasn’t happy with it.. direct drive wheels were too expensive, so I did some research and kept coming back to the TS-XW. Although I was having trouble finding them anywhere other than E-Bay with a price almost double.. Then I found B&H.. Boy am I glad.. within a week I had my new wheel and pedals. Let me tell you for the price tag this thing is top notch. I’m able to feel even the smallest road feel, and at 6 Newton meters of force this thing is no slouch.. very strong, very accurate!! And with the Sparco replica wheel it’s so immersive.. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade.. I hope it lasts years to come. My only gripe is the brake pedal, but thrustmaster has the answer with the T-LCM set.. I now have a wheel for every style of driving due to the eco-system.. if you are debating.. look no further.. this is the answer!!!!

I've been racing Forza Motorsports for years. Having had the Thrustmaster 458Italia (sub $100) wheel, the TMX, and now the TS-XW, I can say with absolute certainty that this is the finest wheel Thrustmaster makes. Many friends use Fanatec as well as Logitech wheels. However, the compromise with those seems to be in price or feel. With a lot of research and some trial and error of the other wheels, I decided to take a flyer on the TS-XW simply based upon price and specs. I was not disappointed. The brushless motor offered more than twice the torque while racing. I had to start turning my highly tuned specs down by about 30%. The road feel is good, and it's very easy to feel when a car is pushing the front wheels. Some will say they can feel "cog". You can definitely feel the belt teeth ever so slightly. However, it was never enough that I felt it interrupted my racing experience. I have around 30 hours already on the wheel and fade doesn't seem to come into play. The external power supply as well as the more efficient fan keeps temperatures down even into the 3rd hour of racing. If there is a down side to this wheel, it's that you'll love it so much you'll wear the wheel itself out. The suede is delicate just like that of a real race car. If this worries you, definitely buy some inexpensive gloves. I, however, was not worried. With the "ecosystem" setup, the wheel itself is easy to replace if it becomes too worn. It feels so nice in my hands that I actually feel bad about how poorly my project car's steering wheel feels now. Lastly, you'll want to install the conical brake mod. This is the greatest thing I've ever seen for this style of pedals. It helps with feel and realism on a level that has to be experienced. For the money, it's extremely hard not to give this wheel 5 stars. Even the suede wear issues are typical of real racing car steering wheels. If you have a chance... get it.
