I bought this one (OP/TECH USA D-Midsize Zoom Digital D-Series Soft Pouch (Black) for my new Sony A7R II with the Sony lens 24-70 f/2.8. It fits perfectly. A must if you need to protect it from scratch when packing inside your bag at a very low price. In fact I also got another one for my Canon 5D III too. 5 |

The Sony MDR-7506 phones come with a soft bag.....not bad, but not as good as this hard case. They fit into it easily. It's inexpensive headphone protection that works well. 5 |

Great set of cans. I consider the Sony MDR-7506 the 'gold standard' for phones, and was a little skeptical this would live up. Honestly? As good if not superior! The new 'standard' for me. Very well constructed, comfortable, and most important, they sound GREAT (and by great I mean 'clean' so suitable for editing dialogue). 5 |

This is a great phone, completed and fast. I still learning how to use all features. I've been using Sony phones since SonyEricsson and I never regret it. Hope they come back to the Canadian market soon. 5 |

I got tired of repeatedly replacing worn-out stock pads on my MDR-7506 phones. I thought the stock pads sounded fine and were perfectly comfortable, but they fell apart about once a year. These pads are better in every way. The only sonic difference is that they provide a bit more isolation than the Sony pads, which extends the bass response a little (or gives that illusion). Other than that, the sound has not changed. Durability seems to be top-notch (my main concern), and the comfort is actually better than the Sony pads, particularly if you use the phones in hot/sweaty environments. They're a lot easier to clean, too. 5 |

Biggest strength over the other Xperia Phones are the focal lengths. 24mm and 50mm are perfect for the documentary/street photography that I enjoy doing versus the landscape/portrait options of most Sony and other phones. Screen is great, dedicated shutter button is perfectly place, nice option for wrist straps, and image quality is fantastic. Really has saved me a couple of times when my camera is deep in a bag or left at home. Fast, reliable, Sony OS is also great with some unique options for battery saving like limiting the max charge rate and level to 80%. Leave it at 80 for most weeks and take it to 100 for the long days of photography. All around great, expensive yes, not as egregious as the other pro model but still way up there. Phone jack and micro-sd slot are also a huge plus. That's enough rambling, great phone. 5 |
