I have worked in television location production for 27 years. I was worried about buying this pole because it isn't a carbon fiber pole... now that I have it I can tell you... carbon fiber is over rated. When comparing it to my carbon fiber poles of similar size, the weigh difference is VERY minimal. I may never buy another carbon fiber pole. Seems very rugged and well made. Other sound guys have commented on its high quality. Don't hesitate save some money... buy this pole. 5 |

I bought twenty of these 32GB flash drives after I took a group of students to the UK for a study abroad trip. Since I was the group's primary photographer, I needed a way to get 2,500 pictures to the students. This turned out to be the most efficient and cost effective way to get the students the pictures. As an added plus, the students had a 32GB flash drive to use for college after they downloaded the pictures. It was a win win situation. 5 |

Every day I transfer video from field Production for television to hard drives for Producers/directors to send to post production. Hands down Lacie rugged are my go too drives. They are fast, reliable, and very well made. The only downside I have found is their customer service is not the best- but given the quality of these drives, you will never need to contact them! 5 |

I teach film and television production to high school students and I wanted some decent quality headphones that wouldn't break the budget. These fit the bill perfectly. They have decent sound and are well designed. I also like the fact that they come with 2 detachable cables. (a short straight and longer coiled) The ability to detach at the headphones means you no longer have to throw away the headphones when you develop a short in the cable. We have only used these for a week so I can't speak to durability but they seem to be well built and should last a while. 5 |

We buy these on a regular basis. Used for public address, performance , and television production in studio and EFP. Have always been happy with Shure products. 5 |

My son is a professional in the television production industry. We gave him the tripod as a gift and he is very satisfied with it. It is very sturdy; capable of supporting the large cameras that he uses in his work. 5 |

My company produces sports for a couple local television stations, and this product works perfectly! We run the Tricaster master output directly in and record finalized files in real time. Our production quality is significantly better and our post production time is now NONE. If I could change one thing about the system I would like to have a way to determine file titles but doing that upon transfer is not a big deal. Overall a rock solid buy and very easy to use. 5 |

I'm a television/video producer/editor with 30+ years of experience. I produce everything from retail commercials to a high-end travel show. Audio production has always been my weakest skill. I have traditionally relied on lavs but I wanted to up my game in field audio and as a usable and functional lav backup. I have only had moderate success using traditional shotgun mics as an audio source, usually only good for nat sound. The Sennheiser MKH416 is a game-changer! It can easily serve as the only audio source if needed. The clarity is cinema quality and the pick-up is outstanding. It is very directional, which means it will pick up dialogue very nicely and ignore the surrounding noise at the same time. Likewise, it picks up action sounds like car doors closing or footsteps so you don't have to Foley. I wanted a real boom mic and the 416 is it. $1k is hefty, but it profoundly increases the quality of your production. I also understand V/O pros use it. I can see why. 5 |

We use this mic for television commercial production voice overs. Its solid with terrific response and great sound! I'm not a huge fan of the blade mount but for the price and quality; I'd take it anyday over more expensive alternatives. 5 |
