Sony Platinum Headset With Mic Cheap From China

For the price range, this is really a good mic headset. It's basic, but it sounds good and the mic performs well, for those of us that need just that - a cheap but good headset. Nothing fancy, it just works, and that it does well.

Allowed me to use my headset with mic.

We use this headset with our Sony digital wireless lav kit. We use it during instruction of Tai Chi and Kung Fu. This requires a lot of body movement while talking. A lapel mic can sometimes pick up noise during movements from clothes etc. this was supposed to be a solution to that problem. Unfortunately the boom for the mic is too short. Putting the mic in an awkward position which sometimes cuts out. For the money maybe I shouldn't complain but results are what matter to me. I may return it and get a version costing around $400 that looks adjustable in boom length. Hopefully that will work. B&H has by the way been a pleasure to work with.

This is my second headset as mic quite working one first pair

The Fotodiox adapter has much nicer finish and tighter tolerances than the cheap adapters available from China through @, yet it costs far less than the Leica or Voigtlander R to M adapers. There is absolutely no wobble when lenses are mounted, and I trust the latches not to fail. Great quality for a moderate price.

Had some cheap ones from China and Korea before and cracked easily. Tiffen's weight is 3 times the weight of my previous ones and feels much sturdier. Can't believe it is so affordable.

If You plan to make a long run with video data you can't go with cheap insulated cable made in China as these cables are poor in quality when it comes to Cat 6. That is why I purchased a number of Kramer Cat6 HDBaseT Cable (Blue). Dont skimp on quality.
