Purchased this cable because of features and price, to replace an older, low quality cable connecting a Sony PS3 to a 60 Samsung LED television. The picture using the old cable was low quality with frequent jumps and skips when watching both DVD's and online content. This new cable eliminated this problem. I can think of no cons about this cable.

My NetGear modem and router have worked well, and the processing speed will help me. One of your tech help individuals was very helpful, even though her direct supervisor was demeaning me through her. She (supervisor) was not aware that I could hear her to the Tech support person, and I let the tech know that I heard everything she said. The boss wanted me to just get off the phone with newer tech support person. Fortunately, I did not because I needed the help and got it from the Tech person.
