Great service from B&H, quick response and delivery. I even used the online chat, didn’t get the answer I was hoping for but the service was helpful and professional. Using these drives in my new NAS at home and so far no issues. I originally ordered cheaper drives from an online seller who uses 3rd parties and those drives were refurbished but not as such- 2 failed on arrival, 1 tested reported bad blocks and I am still trying to get my refund. They were not marked as refurbished but they must have been. Should have started here as it I don’t buy refurbished electronics as they are returned for a reason. No complaints, B&H will be in my list when shopping on the future. Stay away from 3rd party sellers.

I was looking at this one and the Portabrace option online, and after asking a few questions via Live Chat I chose the Strut case. It is very well made, and easy to use with total flexibility for accessing the battery packs. Frankly, I'm still trying to figure out how I will use some of the pouches (pictures would be nice) but I can't think of any improvements I would ask for and I expect this to last a long time. Made in Vermont - how cool is that?

My friends no longer hear me hitting the keys while we're in chat or even my fan blowing in the background. It seems to cancel all the noise I don't want or need during chat.

I chatted with the pros at B&H via online chat because I wanted a scanner for multiple uses. I needed a scanner to scan old documents so I could unload my many file cabinets, and also needed one to scan 35MM negatives & slides. The quality is great. The size is the normal size you can expect from a scanner that does such things. The slide/negative is a bit clumsy for me, but they are usually like that. Other than that, very easy set up. Starting using the device right away!
