I have the sony DSC rx100III and this camera needed to be sent back Sony to address issues with the lens shutter. the sony repair folks fixed the camera back to factory specs. All good by me.

I bought this product to use with Adobe Speed grade CC. It works fantastic with it. The level of control you have with the trackballs is something you will never get with a mouse. I recommend this product 200% for anyone looking to get into the art of color grading. Now for the absolute reason why I stand by this product: I stand by this product because Tangent stands by this product as it was made very apparent in this short story. I was having loads of problems getting this thing to work with my Speed Grade UI. I emailed support with many questions and frustrations and much to my surprise the reply I got was from the technical director himself who does all the test videos for the product. He assured me we would get everything up and running. Well after three days trading emails we finally figured out what was wrong. And that is I was not following directions. Although he tried to take the blame for it in an email, I quickly reassured him that it was my mistake. The point here is this. The company is based out if the UK, the man was on a camping trip with his family, and it was a holiday in the UK. And he still took time out of each day to respond back to me and walk me through troubleshooting steps. Now that my friends is support. I apologized for bothering him during a holiday and told him I did not realize he was in the UK. I have to tell you all. This product is pretty amazing. I use it everyday now! They carry much more simple and intuitive interfaces just like it to add onto it, so you dont have to buy the whole suite all at once. You should check them out here on. I know B&H sells all of their equipment! Again, So happy with this purchase. I plan on purchasing the whole suite as my skills develop! I tried to blast them on social media and give them a plug but they have no social media set up. This was the best I could do! P.S. For all you SpeedGrade users, you will have to upgrade to Creative Cloud to use this product.

SONOS Play 5 serves up beaucoup sound. It probably will satisfy the needs of the majority of music lovers. Setup is a piece of cake. It's an excellent product -- I hope. After the purchase, though, it's support that really counts and my support experience was negative and it was positive. My new SONOS connected to my WiFi spot on. Then stopped. I finally got it to play by connecting it to my PC with an Ethernet cable. That meant locating the unit no farther from the PC than the length of the cable. Emailed SONOS support. Five days (really) later, I got a response. Not good. Called SONOS support on about the fourth day. The tech rep's suggestions were curt and entirely take-it-or-leave-it buster. Back to email. This time, the response was within 24 hours. Good. But following about three days of back-and-forth email, I was advised to call support. I actually dreaded doing it. This time, though, this SONOS tech rep was courteous and doubly efficient and knowledgeable. He took control of my PC and found that the wireless card was defective. A replacement unit came within 48 hours. Works perfectly, so far. If it continues working that way, I'll buy another. We'll see.

New device arrived promptly but was damaged during shipment. Quick email to support and a replacement was on the way along with a return label for the damaged one. All things considered I am happy with the product and the service.

These TeraStation raid arrays work well. Buffalo support is excellent. Email notifications are easy to setup.

great product, from packaging to software to hardware. Email support is so so, but B&H got you back if any issues - just return to B&H rather than dealing with TP Link RMA process (TP Link folks actually told me that). I have a few of them. One came back dead, but was promptly replaced by B&H with no shipping costs. All of them work great via Google Assistant.

In my previous review, I commented that I loved the wheel but needed to contact TM support bc of a broken/stripped screw in the T3PA pedals when I was adjusting them. I'm happy to say that even though I had a problem, TM support did a great job. I simply made quick phone call and was instructed to email them a copy of my invoice and a photo of the broken screw. The next day I received an email saying my warranty had been confirmed and they shipped me a replacement pedal set. Good to know that there are still companies out there that will fix problems with their products without a hassle.

So far the router seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. A lot of extras and the WiFI has excellent� range. But if you need to talk to tech support best of luck as everything is done thru email. If you get lucky and get to speak to someone they will just tell you to open up a support ticket thru email.
