Sony Portable Headphone For Exercise

By far the xm3 is the best headphone I had. It reproduces truly beautiful sounds. It's a must have from Sony!

initially used this headphone in a Sony Store, was blown away by the quality and have not found anything better so bought myself one.

I brought them for when I exercise and they stay in my ears.

I guess this will come to no shock to anyone but Sony has done it again. I can't tell you how blowed away I am over all that they have changed to make this headphone better than anything on the market. Making these headphone lighter and adding that new chipset that made the N/C and sound better was the end to all debates about who was truly the best in the world for N/c headphones. The previous one caused me a lot of Migraines and dizziness because of it's clamping and overall weight but these are unlike anything I could have hope for. Thank you so much Sony for making the most complete and best N/C headphone in the world. The bass is the thumping without interfering with the highs and mids. The soundstage is the best I've heard for closed back headphones. I have been listening all sorts of headphones and earphones and these headphones have created the most detailed of all of them. I also love the call quality this time around vs the previous model. Finally I can talk on the phone without the other person complaining about the clarity. They even made Google assistant almost instant.

This is probably the best solution for a portable, pro headphone amplifier at the $ price point. What sold me about this unit was its wide range of input configurations and the fact that it does have both size headphone output jacks, which is perfect for working with clients who have their own headphones but not the adapter. These amps have plenty of clean, quiet gain. More than you will need and enough to blow up cans. It doesn't have an input trim so you ought to have some gain control at your source output. Your best bet is to run signal into this thing at unity gain. It is built very well and has a solid, steel chassis. MY PROBLEM My Harman/Kardon CL's ship with a cable that has iPdo control ability. I wanted a straight through cable that didn't have the bulk of the control section (which caught on my collar all the time). REQUIREMENTS The cable had to be 2.5mm to 3.5mm as the headphone has a 2.5mm socket. This cable was perfect, a good length for portable listening and has a nice simple design with good build quality. The cable is also nice and flexible so it doesn't annoy you during normal day to day portable listening. COMPATIBILITY Don't be discouraged by the factory specific locking system for their headphone models, the design is such that it will fit any 2.5mm socket that is not recessed into the headphone cup. Sure it will not lock into the headphone unless it has the exact same design as their units but a small price to pay for me as I just wanted a simple cable.

Nice headphones that stay on during vigorous exercise.

This has motivated me to exercise. It makes it fun and so easy to follow along.
