The sounds the comes out is crisp and clear and loud just like I like it! The speaker itself is quite hefty, but is extremely durable, and made from high quality materials! We have used this at several parties, and even at a play we were helping with to allow sound to flow through the venue. Highly recommend, incredible product!

I love that it is Bluetooth compatible and I can control it from my phone. I cannot believe how much power comes from this speaker. It sounds clear and clean. I also like the design. It is very sleek. I have listened to it for hours and have yet to charge it. It really holds a long charge! Nice basic radio. Its simple, easy to use, and reliable. I would like for Sony to come out with a portable radio that has a digital tuner and can get AM/FM/DAB/DAB+. However, this gets the job done.

My first radio at 11 years old, 56 years ago, was a Sony. It performed wonderfully for over 20 years before being lost in a move. I was so pleased to recently discover Sony still makes portable, no non-sense portable radios with basic features, excluding all the unnecessary bells and whistles. I've had my new Sony portable radio for 2 months now and I can say the original quality standards that were so impressive over half a century ago continue to be instilled in their products. Very Highly Recommended !
