Sony Record Players For Sale

I use these in my Sony FX-6. They record everything I throw at it. Whenever they are on sale, I get an extra one.

This is my first foray into record players and I have not been disappointed. For a newbie like me, the set up was not that hard but also not terribly intuitive with scant instructions - fortunately the company has great set up videos on YouTube that filled in the gaps. Otherwise, the sound is fantastic and the connectivity to the speakers is seamless. We've been loving this new addition!

The clarity and quality of the stereo is incredible! I have tried a couple of bluetooth record players to sync to my Sony speakers and they had crackles in the sound. I am so very happy with this player and the sound - can't stop playing my records! It is so easy to play and has top-notch features.

I started out with new record players again in life. I got a cheap one on Amazon to see if my record hobby would take off. So far its been going good. I took the expense to invest in this player and retired the cheaper one. This is a beauty! If you are serious about vinyl and don't want to spend a ton on a player. This is a great player to purchase. Get some powered speakers or amp in between. The lights on this are great too!

I have been using (I thought) high end 4K UHD Blu-ray players for a few years, but I got frustrated by my Sony constantly freezing when it switched layers. This machine plays discs that froze on the Sony perfectly. It's video upscaling and HDR enhancements are quite obvious. One thing to keep in mind: setting up the video, make sure you choose 4.4.4 output, so you get what you are paying for. And on the audio, set the outputs to bitstream to fully send all of the channels to your AV receiver to decode. I am glad I bought it.

My current Sony 8 GB NW-E394 mp3 player replaced my former Sony 8 GB NW-E393 mp3 player that lasted me for several years until I accidentally partially immersed it in water while exercising in a hotel pool & trying to keep my mp3 player protected in a Ziplock bag. I can't tell you how many times, over the years, I dropped my old Sony E393 mp3 player that thankfully still worked even after being dropped. My Sony E393 mp3 player even worked after getting a little bit wet from rain. I've found this series of Sony mp3 players to be quite durable & even able to get a little bit wet without completely breaking. Sound quality is the most important feature for me in any mp3 player I purchase. Over the decades, I've tried other brands of mp3 players that had horrible sound quality vs. the amazing sound quality in this series of Sony mp3 players. If I'm ever in need of a replacement mp3 player, I will definitely again purchase this same Sony brand of mp3 player I currently own and love.

I own a few of these Sony Smart Bu-ray/DVD players and am always happy with the way they operate. That's why I continue to buy them for each TV.

I've had Sony players in the past. I've also used bluray players as transports. My car cd player does a good job and I've never had problems with loading or unloading through its slot load system. But when I purchased a new amplifier and speakers, I wanted to make sure I was getting the most from my cd collection. After reading a few reviews, I decided to go all in on this unit. I'm glad I did. It is the most silent transport I've ever had. It is a sturdy case, which helps avoid jars and jumps. The music that comes from it is clear and the soundstage is wide. It makes the most of the recordings and the NAD C328 amplifier, which is what one desires from a transport.

I know it seems unlikely, but we have two vintage Sony Beta SP players -- a 1200 and a 1600 -- that look identical, but the XLR outputs are reversed, with one having male and one having female. Normally, an XLR cable is male to female; in our case, we needed male to male. The adapters arrived promptly and worked perfectly.
