I use this with my Sony RX100 VII and it gives me much better sound

Just got the Rx100 VII a couple of weeks ago and I do like it. I bought it to take the place of my Nikon DSLR and big lens for travel. So I am trying to learn a different system and menu so it's going to take a while for me to get real comfortable and familiar with the controls. I've been going through the online manual a few topics at a time but it's a large manual. I do like the features, though I am sure there are several I'll never use, just like on my big camera. I need to practice with the new one more, but the more I get the hang of features, the better I like it. I probably need to tweak a few of the settings a bit to get everything the way I want it. I processed a few of the pics through Lightroom and was pleased with the results. Really like having the viewfinder, although I am impressed with the clarity and brightness of the screen. I recommend getting the grip that sticks on the front to help you hold it. It only $13 on Amazon. I was very pleased with the quick service and shipping from B & H. Their excellent reputation is deserved.

This textured grip is the perfect answer for my Sony RX100 VII. The smooth surface of the camera body and the compact size make the the camera a bit hard to grip easily if you have large hands. The bump out on this textured grip provides just enough bulk for my hand to grip it. The product fits perfectly on the camera body.

Having a blast playing with this add-on lens. It does work with a Sony RX100-VII as long as you have a filter adapter on the camera. Lessons learned: Use a tripod, camera zoom must be at 200 mm. Move the camera itself until it is focused on the main point of interest. Don't expect a tack sharp image but result is usually beautiful and soft.

Okay, the Sony RX100 VII is expensive, but man is it worth it! The zoom on this thing is crazy good – I can get everything from wide landscapes to close-ups of birds. The autofocus is insane too – it tracks my dog running around like it's nothing. If you're looking for a camera that can basically do it all and still fit in your pocket, this is the one.

Originally I had Sony a7iii. I sold it and get RX100 VII I'm very happy with the change. Easy to handle and not more bulky backpack with all the stuff. Highly recommended!!!

This is a great little case for my Sony RX100 VII. Provides plenty of protection when I attach it to my belt loop or store it in my backpack.

Perfect size for the compact Sony RX100 VII. I have the wrist strap attached to the camera. I also store an extra battery in the outside pocket. I tried the Amazon bag and also another Case Logic bag, but this turns out to the be the most comfortable fit. Highly recommended!

.The Sony DSC-RX100 VII was the choice I came up with for the MOST BANG for the buck. It will shoot like a pro camera, but not have the weight and drawbacks of a pro camera for travel. The primary function is as a travel camera. I then looked at the packages out there and the options I MIGHT want as extras and this package that gave me the handle AND an SD card seemed, for the money, to deliver the package I wanted to hit the road with. I ended up buying additional sd cards and batteries as I will be out/traveling for forty days. I could write another review AFTER my travels, but I feel I am as ready as I can be having chosen the SONY DSC-RX100 VII.

In addition to my Nikon Z6 II, I carry a Sony RX100 VII for the quick grab 'n go shots. The sling keeps the camera safely around my shoulders rather than the little wrist strap that could easily slip from my wrist and drop a $1200 point 'n shoot.
