Sony Sound Bar Subwoofer

The sound is amazing, even without a subwoofer. It is by far the best sound bar I have heard.

I bought this Tv so that my Sony sound bar and subwoofer and Sony blue ray player would work better (communication with each other better) and for better picture quality and color along with a size increase from our previous TV.

I have 8 single play ones and a sound bar and subwoofer. The new investment I've ever made.

My husband is a Samsung loyal customer and he wanted to add a some speakers to our living room tv. I actually didn’t think we needed these speakers but boy was I mistaken! The sounds that weren’t coming thru with just the tv is really shocking!! We were missing so much and I had no idea! See my comments under the Sonos Sound Bar. This subwoofer beautifully complements the surround sound package. Plug it in anywhere in the room, and the iPhone app calibrates it.

The ARC Sound bar with subwoofer is a real quality immersive sound and vastly better than the cheaper alternatives.

I bought a sound bar with Subwoofer..so easy to set up. Gotta remember to update TV sound. Love it

I'm using the mini-subwoofer with my TV's Ray sound bar. All I can say is, the sound is fuller and richer. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Bar 500 is a PHENOMENAL sound system. I have been testing it out with all kinds of movies, TV shows, and music. The bar itself is pretty good, but once the subwoofer is connected, the sound has a new depth that completely revolutionizes the experience. Setup was very easy and straight forward -- plug and play. I actually use this for my home PC setup connected via Bluetooth and I love it! The bar sits on my desk underneath my monitors, and the subwoofer is underneath the desk. Both items are very sturdy and appear to have a good build quality. Being matte black, they keep a low visual profile as well. As for sound, it checks all the boxes you want for a sound system. Vocals and acoustics are crystal clear and the bass is PUNCHY if you want it to be. There is also a calibration system that adjusts to the acoustics of the room the speaker is in. The speakers can get LOUD which perfect for parties or if you just want vibe to some tunes as well.
