We are a Regional Television Network. In our changing news environment we were looking for a simple way to get news and information to air. We were Face Timing news reports the video was fine but the audio was awful. We called B&H told them what we needed they suggested the Go Mic . The mic works great in our report Kiosks it picks up well . We edit on Final Cut Pro X .We add a touch of Bass and its perfect. It has two settings very directional and a setting for group recording. For the money you will not beat this Microphone. The computer found it with out a hitch . It is small enough and stays out of your way. Experiment with it some ,you will be very happy. Bought as a trial device before an organization with which I am involved made additional Ubiquiti purchases. Installation couldn't have been easier, as we downloaded the UniFi control program, installed it on an Ubuntu box (there are also Windows and Mac versions), and then configured the AP. The combination of the two provides lots of information about the performance of the device. You can view its location (if you upload an image for the map--an easy process), an approximation of the coverage being provided, number of clients connected, wireless band utilization at the location... the list is quite comprehensive, and I've only touched on a few items here. For those not wanting the full control program, there's an Android app that will run you through a quick configuration for a single device at home. It's a bonus that the device is nice looking, as well, especially compared with the numerous cheap router/wireless or stand-alone boxen. Performance has been great on both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, with adequate signal still available over a hundred feet away even with an aluminum-sided building in between the AP and my device. Range in free air is (obviously) even better, and I've little doubt that the rated 450ft can be achieved in many situations. Ubiquiti's pricing is far better than that of many of its competitors for hardware of similar capabilities.Of course, that means you'll rely on the community for support in most cases, but I've found lots of available information published by Ubiquiti and others, so that with a little basic networking knowledge, I think most will be able to handle this (and other Ubiquiti devices) just fine. Our organization liked this well enough to invest in more Ubiquiti equipment, as we build out a more modern network.

This 2yr protection program is the best I've ever seen. Not only is is unnecessary for me to register because they already have my information, they make it easy to register a claim using the serial number and name of purchaser

Transferring data from an old to a new computer is a bumber. There are so many programs that need to move, so much data. Before the move I went through the old computer and tried to delete old, unused, or redundant data and programs, a daunting task for sure but an opportunity to rid the drive of the unused and out of date information. That done there remains gigabytes of data that needs be moved. The usual method might be transferring what data is needed to an intermediary drive and then downloading and reinstalling the programs that use the information. This program automates most of that chore. I was able to do this without attaching a common cable to the two computers and was able to do the transfer over the home network to which both new and old computers were connected. The program alerted me to a lack of sufficient space on the new C drive so I moved some picture files to a separate drive. All in all this made a usually painful process into one that was just arduous and although I was uncertain about the results when beginning when done I was pleased with what had been transferred. Even the sign in and authentication codes for some programs moved eliminating the need for re installation. I would recommend this program.

I run a television program that shoots on SDHC cards in XDCAM cameras and we never erase a card until the season is done shooting, so we need safe, organized storage for dozens and dozens of cards. These little memory card organizers are just the ticket--you can write on them to label each compartment and they hold the cards nice and safely. They are not really designed for field use though, you will want something tougher for that job.

I use this to stream ATEM Television Studio program output (HDMI) to Zoom conferencing. The HDMI output from ATEM is 1080i 50hz, and the audio is embedded in the HDMI as well. Magewell handles both video and audio perfectly. Low CPU usage, and it's plug and plug. Highly recommended.

We bought 5 for our servers, they are very good units with big display showing lots of information, just what we needed!

It's very well worth the few extra bucks for the display, which provides, on several screens you can aslect, lots of useful information, such as time to battery exhaustion under the current load, the current load, voltages, etc. I've used APC products for about 10 years; however, I just received this product a month ago.

I like the display that lists all the necessary information. A few options to choose from in terms of routing the power cable in the back. Very light, but feels sturdy enough.
