I work from home and I have a 32" TV next to my PC monitor. I like to have a TV running at a low volume level as I am doing my PC work. I bought this sound bar couple of months ago on a good deal . I took a chance since I found issues with centre channel, max volume and sub-woofer in reviews and found some of it fixed in recent reviews with firmware update. For those who experience sound and sub-woofer issues issues please do the following on the LG Wi-Fi Speaker app for Apple OS or Android: 1)Update to the newest firmware 2) Turn Off Night mode, DRC and Auto Volume 3) Use Surround mode for 'Rear Speaker Output'. Issues with low volume, low sub-woofer volume and most other issues seemed to be fixed for me by doing so. It took me 2 weeks playing around with settings to figure it out. You could also increase the channel volumes according to your liking through the app or the soundbar remote. Now it is almost on par with my Samsung HW-Q80R. Wish it had DTS-X which they could have implemented with a firmware update. Enjoy :) 5 |

It does what it says. It has real knobs and that is a plus in this age of encoders and up/down volume buttons with a fixed rate of change. I used it to add an extra zone to a home theater receiver for a fraction of the cost of typical power amps. Single input also keeps it simple. 5 |
