Sony Tv Tech Support

We have had our Roku device fir several months now and enjoy it very much. A Spectrum tech support guy recommended it when I was having problems getting Spectrum TV app on my Amazon TV. I am OK figuring out tech stuff but not my wife. She picked right up on it and no problem navigating through it. She likes the variety of programs available. So I can highly recommend this product.

I may never leave the house again! Food delivery, big screen TV and now my new Vizio soundbar! I have not stopped listening to music or watching TV since I got it. Easy to set-up except you need to do some adjusting on your TV settings. I also had to contact tech support and ultimately reset the soundbar (simple) - tech support chat was GREAT!

Not being adept with computer hardware, I read a LOT over weeks before choosing this LaCie 2TB Rugged USB 3.1. Even then, to be sure I asked my son (a CISCO engineer something...) if he thought this was a good choice for me. You did good, mom. Ha ha :.) Retired and having mostly missed out on movies and TV for many years, I've now saved a ton of movies, documentaries, music, TV series and oither interesting media. All without any issues, though I did call tech support and learned I had used the wrong USB port on my laptop. Not telling my son though ^.^ Now it flies when moving files! Yay tech support! I called their tech support for advice on this TV. as usual they were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure i had the correct info to be able to make my best choice. They kept me informed about the shipping of my TV and the delivery was as they said. Great peple to deal with

Use it with an early Sony bravio smart tv. TV does not support atmos but the streaming music channels give sounds I never knew were being broadcast. Can't wait to purchase a new atmos capable tv and add a base unit.

So I purchased the telescope and needed to connect it to my Sony E-mount. Thankfully B&H Tech support pointed me in the right direction and purchased the right one. Works flawless. Thank you B&H for all your help and Vello for an excellent product!

I am not a TV guy…this TV made me a TV guy. You get what you pay for and Sony has always produced high quality tech. You will notice the quality compared to lower tier brands right away as even the instructions and packaging are well thought out. Picture and audio are incredible. Google OS is the way to go - simple, fast, and customizable. When this TV goes, you bet I’ll be replacing it with another Sony.

It's a Sony BRAVIA in everything but OLED tech. When you turn it on for the very first time, the BRAVIA logo and some great animations will commence. Colorful, sharp, and almost 3D as another review stated. It's really a fantastic panel. Subsequent startups are quick and bring you straight to the home screen. It's a large, affordable LED-LCD 4k panel television with every port you can need. Google OS is a bit more intense than Roku, but a great alternative which quickly became easy to navigate and has much more App options to choose from. The TV comes in extremely smart packaging (read the diagram on the inside lip of the box), and includes stand-off spacers for VESA mounts. With two people, we had the panel mounted and placed in under 30 minutes. Only needed a large flathead and a solid #2 Phillips. Due to my specific mounting setup, I can't comment on the speakers, but they do get very loud and there is a great calibration feature which adjusts many settings at once based on your placement in the room. The TV picture and sound options are EXCELLENT and exactly what I would expect from Sony. Easy navigation, clear descriptions and OFF settings on everything that matters.
