Sony Tv With Side Speakers

Had to purchase a new Sony TV because my previous Sony 65" with the speakers attached to the side of the TV which I love so much, but display went out. I wanted something close to the quality which I had and the X93L Mini LED 4K came the closest to me. I even look at way more expensive Sony models but sometimes you should choose what works and looks good to you.

I like them, so far. I have them as my side speakers.

I bought the TV three months ago...the speakers throw the sound down and to the side of the TV. I had to turn the volume up to 100 on some programs to hear what was going on. I have had the Roku Speakers for a month now and I love them. I placed them at the head of my bed and the sound is amazing! They connected even though they are seriously 20 feet away from the TV. I love the new remotes. I dont have to point it at the TV. I can stay warm under the covers and still use the remote. The little square one is cool, but I dont use it much yet.

I have hearing loss and the tiny speakers on each side of my sofa really helps. I don’t need the tv volume so high.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the JBL Bar 700 and couldn't wait to set it up. It's replacing a smaller soundbar with subwoofer which was fine for TV shows, but I wanted something better suited for theater experience and movie sounds. Boy does this thing deliver! I used an optical audio cable for the sound input, popped in a Blu-Ray disc with full Dolby Surround audio, and the Bar 700 recognized and displayed that it was Dolby Atmos sound. Sounded pretty great, then I detached the side/surround speakers and placed them on end tables to the side and behind the couch. Even better. Then I paused the movie and started fiddling with the remote and found a calibration option. Pushed the button and thought "why not?" The sound bar began issuing tones from center to surround speakers, went through a few cycles and was done. Re-started the movie and HOLY COW, full surround sound moving side to side and really giving depth to the sound effects. Total game changer and I didn't have to run any wires to the speakers like I've had to do in the past. Then I figured I'd pair it with my smartphone and see how it does as a bluetooth speaker for music. Super loud, clear, and pairing was a breeze. Overall this thing is amazing and the sound you get is beyond fantastic. Only trouble I had was I first tried to chain together the Blu-Ray player to the Soundbar to the TV with HDMI cables. And no matter what combo I tried from the set-up manual, I couldn't get it to work properly. No matter, HDMI to TV and Optical cable out does the trick for me and I'm very satisfied. I've included 4 pictures, the one with the TV is to give you perspective on size, the TV is a 70" model. The satellite speaker detached is sitting next to a seltzer can to also give perspective on size.

Added to a new Sony K95 TV... super easy to hook up. What I notice most is how clear the dialogue is as I have to normally use CC with hearing aids. Huge difference from the TV speakers. Will be adding rear speakers in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starting with just the TV box, Sony is brilliant... all you have to do is cut off the packaging strap and lift the box up. TV is protected well inside the box. TV is a bit on the heavier side but still easy to carry with 2 people. The TV legs are solid and well structured even though it is on the thinner side. The back is a great feature because after you put all the panels it is sleek and minimal, you do not see any outlets. TV set up was a breeze. Sony makes the best TV & 65” is perfect for my bedroom! This one is crystal clear images (no eye strains), no lag at all, amazing quality, and volume is clear and sharp. I would highly recommend this TV!

Delighted with my Sony Bravia XR 77' A80L – it surpasses all my TV experiences! After debating between Sony OLED and LG OLED due to price concerns, I initially chose LG but was disappointed with its picture and software. Upon comparing both side by side, the Sony stood out effortlessly. No hesitation—I swiftly opted for the Sony, and it instantly convinced me of being the ultimate OLED TV. Extremely pleased with my choice!

I purchased this tv for my living room because I wanted a large high quality 85 inch tv for the space I had available. This Sony tv fits the bill perfectly. I find watching it very enjoyable. The operating system is smooth and responsive which is really nice. The color and motion flow of images is very good. I own a smaller Sony OLED and it compares very nicely to that tv. The OLED has a superior picture overall, but if you don't have them side by side you can't tell the difference. I would have purchased another Sony OLED but they don't offer them in 85 inch size. Overall I'm very pleased with this tv, and I find it an excellent value for what you get with regards to price. I find Sony TV's to be best brand available and this tv is their top level LED and it shows. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

So far this TV is living up to the Sony reputation and I definitely hope it continues performing as well as it is now. I made this purchase because of a Sony purchase I made probably 25 or 40 years ago when Sony first came out with the WEGA flat screen TV. It was working just as good after all those years but obviously the technology has changed and the picture of modern TVs is much better so I went with the new one. There’s no doubt in my mind that Sony makes the best TV on the market so just check them out by doing a side by side comparison at your local store. You’ll see why I’m sticking with Sony.
