Sony Videography Camera

This ND filter helped me with videography on a Sony A7IV with the 25-104 mm f/4 G lens. Negligible color cast (only a little bit of green vignetting at the widest angle, and even then it may have been my camera's internal picture profile settings), and nothing that I can't fix in color correction. I was shooting a wedding outdoors at the brightest time of day, and this filter helped me get all of my footage usable, without interfering with the camera's autofocus or gimbal.

I do professional videography but I started out years ago shooting on a Pentax K1000 film camera. I bought the a6000 primarily for shooting video with a large sensor camera. This camera is fantastic. At around $500 there is nothing that comes close in features and it has a aps C sensor which is found in 90% of all dslr and mirrorless cameras. I’ve seen canon 1” sensor point ant shoot cameras for hundreds more. I shoot low light wedding videos on this camera and the video looks fantastic. It also shoots video in Sony’s xavc 50 mbps format which is found on Sony cameras and pro camcorders costing thousands more. This small camera is a beast!

I have not been so excited to consistently use a camera since I first discovered photography/videography. And that’s coming from Sony’s a7iii. It is without any doubt my favorite camera to use. The new body is much more ergonomic and the new interface/display is so very thought out. I very truly have nothing negative to say about this camera. I could not recommend it enough!

Great lens for wedding videography. I use it with my Sony a6500 and have no complaints what so ever.

I love this camera. I use it for General Photography as well as videography. I haven?t had an issue yet.

We use the CameraRibbon when we need to do extended handheld TV News Videography. We use Sony PMW200 Camcorders in the field, and the CameraRibbon allows us to shoulder mount it with a counterbalance that takes the strain and muscle out of the process. Plus it frees up the other hand, for live cues. The quick release mount feature allows us to switch to our tripod quickly. Note, I strongly recommend others to buy an extra lead counterweight, when using with a Sony PMW200 Camcorder.

I purchased this to supplement the battery for my Sony a77II DSLR. I occasionally do videography and frequently do timelapse photography, where the session lasts longer, sometimes much longer, than the battery can handle, so being able to use A/C to power the camera is very useful. The adapter works well, as advertised.

I purchased this controller to use with my Sony NX5 Camcorder and VariZoom Media Rig for sports videography. I've used it just two times and the results are wonderful. The Media Rig took the weight of the camera and the Rocker made my transitions much, much smoother.

I do wedding videography. During a ceremony, I have an audio recorder hooked to the DJ board, a Sony wireless lav on the groom, and THIS device on the groom. The audio quality of this device blows them all away. I am considering buying a second one and ditching my Sony wireless lav altogether.
