Sony Waterproof Camera 2014

Since I have been working with Sony HDR-GW77 waterproof camcorder in 2014, the original battery has a short time of life. I looked for the genuine Sony battery. But, I found Sony already stopped to produce it a while ago. B&H suggests a Watson NP-BG1 battery from its website. Then, I am so happy to see the great performance of this replacement battery. Plus, it is cost effective. No regret. Thank you.

I went Sony from Canon in 2014 at the time very few Sony lenses and needed time to save for Sony Lenses. This adapter has been around and modified and works great. This was a gift to my brother for I gave him a A7iii I had extra with the FE 1224 f/4 and FE 24240 that would get him started but he also has a Canon T7i and many lenses. Also Canon has some nice glass and this keeps them in your bag till you can afford Sony glass. There is a Canon FD and Nikon adapter also. I used to go to estate sales and be given cameras just because I was interested and were in great shape, old film glass is very fast and with prism filters that digital post can not come close to. Sony has IBIS, manual focus peaking colors, and zebras making manual mode unbelievable!!! This makes old glass more valuable.

This waterproof case is dirt-simple, rugged, and relatively inexpensive. Our old Sony is a bit dated, but still a pretty good camera. Now that we have a new Nikon, I'll risk the old Sony for snorkeling duty in Central America this spring.

I use if for a sony 55-200mm lens. really nice and well built case. waterproof which we all want when we buy gear and the double velcro belt attachment is great because it feels secure on a belt. great case all in all.

I use this with my Sony A580 & 500mm reflex lens as I wanted to have some immediate waterproof protection avail for my trip to the southern states in storm season. plenty big enough for me so any lens I have on can fit in the case in a minute's notice

The quality of the audio is great. It has strong bass and very high volume, higher than I anticipated from such a small, portable speaker. It is great to use during shower. And it’s also good to use for a small party. Compared to similar products on the market, This one is one of the best values. The battery life is great and literally lasts for a whole day without any problem. I also read from the Internet that this speaker has a feature called “party connect” which connects other Sony speakers and amplifies the audio , which sounds like a great feature for bigger parties or even weddings. I don’t have other Sony speaker at home so I wasn’t able to test this one out but it sounds pretty cool.
