Sony Wh 1000Xm3 Noise Cancelling Headphone

This is my first headphone and I am really glad that I chose Sony 1000xm3. The noise-cancelling feature works so great that sometimes you are so amazed how quiet it is as you take it off in a busy environment etc. The connection works great. I love the touchpad. It is so easy to pause/play and adjust the volume. The pad on the crown is also very comfortable!

I tested 4 other noise cancelling headphones and returned them all finally settling on the WH-1000XM3 for a the following reasons: 1. Very Long Battery Life 2. Setup app allowed me to fine tune the sound to my taste 3. Noise cancelling is top rate 4. Sound is good but not as good as my audiophile wired headphones, and I wouldn't expect them to be. 5. It's rare seeing a pair of headphones that genuinely shine in almost every regard. But with the WH-1000XM3, Sony has created an indisputable winner, a categorically top-notch set of cans whose only shortcoming is the absence of 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, something we hardly ever see outside of the gaming market. They do have Bluetooth, though, so as long as you have a smart TV, an Nvidia Shield, a gaming laptop, or a Bluetooth-capable motherboard, you should be set for the reclusive world of active noise canceling. Unlike other noise-canceling headphones, the WH-1000XM3 use an unusually silent QN1 HD noise-canceling processor. In our testing, we found it was able to keep out most sounds, even on the crowded New York City subway. The battery does take a hit for this, but you can take solace in the fact that the WH-1000XM3 last 30 hours fully charged. After 10 minutes of being plugged in via USB-C, Sony claims they can deliver pristine high fidelity sound over five hours. And, to top it all off, volume and playback commands are touch-based. I had WH-1000XM3, but accidentally broke it, so I replaced it with XM4. Look and feel is same, but few new changes in the software. Example, you can have multiple bluetooth devices connectivity. Noise cancellation is really the best. In XM4, I noticed white noise in noise cancellation mode, which you quickly get used to. Overall very happy with the product. B&H is the best place it to shop. Product advise and pricing is always the best.

I purchased a pair of WH - 1000XM3 in October. The sound quality and noise canceling are amazing. Turning them on and every sound around you goes away, never gets old. As an Audio Engineer sound quality and consistency is very important. You gotta try them!!

I’ve read countless reviews between this and the Bose QC35 II and made visits to stores to test both devices. I’ve thought long and hard but in the end I decided to go with the Sony WH-1000XM3 because the sound quality is just so much better than the competition. It having a UBS C port also helped swing my decision to choose Sony over Bose. The fact that I’ve always trusted Sony also helped in my decision. I love how this product just makes the world melt away. With the Sony WH-1000XM3, it’s really just me and my music. And that’s worth any price.

I just purchased the Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones and found them to be excellent in many ways. Very comfortable, Pairs easily with my TV, iPhone, DAP and laptop. The sound quality is very good.

Bought this to go with my Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones, since they only come with a very short cable. Works great; feels sturdy and quality.

I bought this a few days ago and I use is during work. Noise cancelling is great and I can concentrate on my work. This is the best headphone I've ever used.
