Love these speakers - great sound for our outdoor back patio

Installed these speakers outside for a patio. They sound really nice and were easy to install.

I purchased it for my patio TV about a month ago and I am very happy with it and all the features. I especially happy with the bluetooth and four HDMI connections. The sound is great and it was easy to setup.

I bought this speaker to supply sound for our patio television. Wow! This little speaker has the power that much larger speakers have. Amazing speaker for the price!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of this speaker is unique, and it’s projection of sound is focused and effective. You can lay the speaker horizontally or stand it up vertically, and the speaker design allows the sound projection from small, tight spaces. Water resistance make it perfect for the kitchen or bathroom, or even listening on the patio when its rainy or humid out. The speaker connects easily, and was seamless to set up. The speakers can connect to the Sony app, which allows the set-up of multiple speakers via a network. Cannot wait to get more and set up through the house and patio! One of my favorite features: The battery button that tells you the charge status, which is helpful.

I installed 7 of these speakers in my outdoor patio 3 years ago. They install easily, with lots of possible orientations. No maintenance, no cleaning, and they still sound great. Some of mine are exposed to the elements directly, some are not. The bass response is good, but will still sound best when complimented with an outdoor sub (JBL has some options). Someone (ok, it was me) threw a Nerf football and hit one of the speakers. The speaker grill was majorly dented, but the sound was not affected. I called DT customer support and they sent me a replacement grill free of charge. You can't beat that.

Definitely will buy another one and the rear wireless and sub. Put this outside for our patio tv and was blown away from the sound. All my other speakers are Polk. Definitely the best!!

I was really surprised at the sound output, both power and sound quality from these speakers. I installed them on the patio and was totally blown away by the sound quality. I great buy for the price.

Bought these to replace the same speakers from Bose I had installed near my patio 20 years prior. After so long the sound started to be muted, but they produced great sound for so many year. Highly recommend, even if you can find cheaper options.

I have a covered patio with kitchen beside a pool and wanted some nice mood music and purchased several powered speakers i was disappointed with all of them and decided to just buy some pro dj style speakers and was not disappointed! The k12.2 (pair) I finally had the sound I was looking for. I run this off a MBP now, I'll look for a mixer that's simple enough for a newb to adjust the sound. I thought I was going to need a sub but these two just don't need help. Really happy with them and know why the pro sound people have these as part of their gear.
