The soundbar and sub are nicely designed and well-made. The soundbar can be wall mounted with the included brackets. Set-up is relatively simple. An app is required to set up the units for Wi-Fi connectivity. A remote control with batteries is included. The remote's menu could be a bit more user-friendly but eventually I got the hang of it. The soundbar and subwoofer complement my big-screen TV, and provide exemplary performance. They deliver high volume quality, excellent speech clarity with crystal-clear dialogue, and a great rich and deep bass for listening to TV shows, movies or music. Everything sounds breathtakingly realistic. This has made a huge difference, and my entertainment experience has improved immensely. I really like the dynamic, palpable energy and thrilling, chest-thumping power created. I am blown away every time I watch or listen to something. You become fully immersed and really feel thunderous movie sound effects like explosions. Additionally, I appreciate that I can stream my favorite songs and playlists from my mobile devices through Spotify Connect, Apple AirPlay 2 or Bluetooth, as well as use Alexa or the Google assistant to play music through the soundbar, completely hands-free. It is perfect in size and with minimal affect to room design. Set up was easy and it comes with a wall mount kit. Easily pairs with our Q-Symphony Samsung TV so it combines the TV speakers with the sound bar speakers! It includes a remote although our Samsung TV remote works on both! If you’ve got a Samsung phone, you can walk right up to the soundbar and tap it on the top to play music directly from your phone! Be sure to turn on the option in the smart things app! The sound is clear, and what we were hoping for as we watch movies, play video games and play music in our home. Ideal for our needs for something compact that still provides quality sound—and without muffling of the dialogue!

I was a bit hesitant to add a sound bar to my space at first since I worried that it would look too clunky, but this soundbar is unbelievably slim and sleek, and looks wonderful! It's definitely the smallest soundbar I've owned. But even though the soundbar is slim, it still has amazing audio with booming sound. I also have never used Samsung's Q-Symphony before, but wow was it incredible - the soundbar connects to the TV speakers, playing sound from both to create a very immersive, surround sound experience. I kept switching between the TV speakers only and then Q-Symphony to compare, and it really is no contest - It really kicked the audio up to a whole other level. I also love how easily the soundbar connects to other devices. It has built in Chromecast that I use every single day to play music, and it connects so quickly and effortlessly. It can also connect via wifi and bluetooth, so there are plenty of options to get connected. And the best part - I have a Samsung Frame TV and used to be disappointed that I couldn't play music while having artwork displayed, but this soundbar has been the perfect solution. I can now cast my music to the soundbar and keep my artwork up - it definitely elevates the space!

The voices are crisp, music sounds great! If you have a compatible Samsung TV; you can have the best of both worlds with something known as Q-symphony. It combines the soundbar and Tv speakers into a beautiful immersive sounding experience. Another feature which really sets this soundbar above and beyond is active voice amplifier. Picture this, let’s say you are watching a show or movie with high background noise and the characters are talking. By having AVA on it will pickup on the noise and amplify the characters taking; so no dialogue is potentially lost and you don’t need to question what was said. The clarification of dialogue allows me to focus on the show without missing any exciting action. If you’re a gamer like my kids are, take advantage of Samsung’s game mode which is found in this soundbar. It provides more immersion and uses the up firing speakers for more intense sound effects from your gaming if you have the latest systems. If music is more your thing, it offers chrome cast and airplay support which provides better quality than your average Bluetooth connection as well Spotify connect. If you have a compatible Samsung phone you can tap the soundbar and your music will automatically switch over. Want to control your smart TV with your voice or pause your music? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn’t ever used a soundbar prior to this one, but I recently bought a second TV for my home on sale that looks great but has terrible built-in speakers, so I was excited to try this soundbar with it. Saying it’s a huge upgrade would be an understatement. First of all, it was easy to connect to my TV with the optical cable, and it fits nicely on my (sort of crowded) entertainment center. It looks great, and it sounds even better. I love watching movies with great musical scores, and the great sound quality that this soundbar offers is a must. The Bluetooth functionality is a great bonus, too - I love being able to play music off my phone without having to bring a separate Bluetooth speaker into the room. I didn’t realize before how much this soundbar would improve my enjoyment of movies and music, but now that I’ve used it, I couldn’t be happier with it.

The B&W Formation soundbar improves the fidelity and intelligibility of the speech and music coming from the TV. It's size isn't large at all as it sits in front of the 77inch OLED screen. Be sure and add the Formation Bass (subwoofer).

I have ARC soundbar and two 300's for music and TV. Sound mostly very good but times when not. Watching NCAA basketball I had to unplug the 300's because the crowd sounds from 300's were overwhelming. At times music seems to be in the background or echoing. At times need vol at 60 to hear dialogue but next scene too loud. Need advice.

The sound quality of this soundbar is like no other sound bar that I have tried before. have tried several soundbars because I’m big into music and movies. When this soundbar arrived I opened it up and connected it with my Samsung tv. I was really surprised at how easy it was to connect to my tv and get setup. All I needed to do was connect it my tv with the HDMI cable that was included. The subwoofer also connected to soundbar instantly after I plugged it in. I was also shocked that this sound bar came with a remote so that I could change the settings on it while watch tv/movies. I first listened to music on this sound bar because I really enjoy music while working around my house. I could hear the music that was playing very clearly in all rooms of my house. The songs that were playing had a good amount of base, this made the music that was playing sound amazing. I eventually got the opportunity to watch a movie on my tv and put this sound bar the test. The sound bar made it sound like I was at a high end movie theater. The sound bar played all the details of movies that I missed before when playing it with a previous sound bar that I had before. I would recommend this soundbar to anyone as the quality and sound that it plays is like none other.
