Soundhole Pickup For 12 String Guitar

I'm a jazz guitarist playing an 8-string classical guitar that goes higher and lower than a regular guitar. It has a K & K pickup and I my amp is a JBL EON powered speaker, which, for this instrument sounds better than any jazz guitar amp. I have used the Zoom A-3 preamp as well as an L.R. Baggs Venue DI. They are both very good but I'd say the Grace Alix is the best I've found. It has great features you can read about but I must say that the sound of my guitar with the EQ set flat is strong, clear and simply amazing! It's very well thought out. Worth the price.

Just what I was looking for. Clips onto the soundhole of my Eastman E20OM acoustic guitar and perfectly accomodates my Audio-Technica ATM350 microphone. The proximity to the sound source can be adjusted (albeit only a little) by means of a thumbscrew that extends or retracts the mic.

I needed to control the volume for an acoustic guitar with a pickup. This volume control does the job quite well. I am well pleased with its performance.

My first nylon string guitar of this type and I'm absolutely amazed at how nice this is. It's a very light yet solidly built guitar. Fit and finish is stunning. Playability is easily comparable to guitars of this type that are more than twice the price. Very pleased with this guitar.

Works very well on my Cordoba nylon string classical guitar. Firm pressure, grip is effective but doesn't damage anything. Easy to use.

I use this to input an active pickup heavy metal guitar into my mixer direct. My only gripe is the inside of the XLR ports is plastic. Other than that works perfectly.

A great inconspicuous tuner. Easy for you to see and nobody else. A must for a 12 string. No excuse for not being in tune. I’ve got six of them.

Great sound for a guitar this size. It has binding on the fretboard edges. The ACTUAL size of this guitar body is 12 wide at the lower bout, 18 long and 3 5/8 deep. I'd buy it again.

These surface mounts are very inconspicuous - about 1/2 in diameter and the lavelier microphones are securely held by their wire just below the mic head. I have them placed on my guitar & ukuleles just below the fingerboard angled at the soundhole and about an 1/8 back from the soundhole rim. Wish I had come across these years ago. I leave mine permanently attached, although I believe, that should I wish, they will be easy to detach without damage. Just love these mounts and using lavelier allows me to record directly and amplify my instruments with their true acoustic properties - very clean and unadulterated sound.
