Sounds Issues With Logitech Headsets

Overall I am excited about this product. There were issues with the first two headsets, but I was able to return them. The third one is now great.

I'm purchasing these to replace 30-year-old Clear-Com headsets. The mic sounds good and overall audio quality is good. And these are fairly comfortable wearing them for long periods of time.

It sounds like I'm in the room, whispering sweet nothing into your ear, while my teammate are shouting garbled nonsense through their headsets. Great stand up mic for a great price!

I’ve been using many different brands, types and sizes of headsets for decades in live dialogue amplification applications. I have purchased scores of them over the years, and currently have a good sized locker of various DPA, Countryman, Sennheiser, Shure, Audio Technica, and other headset mics. Compared to the usual industry leaders, the Galaxy HSM8 sounds just fine - clean, plenty of headroom, feedback resistant, and easy to e.q. in the typical headset fashion.  My users report it to be exceptionally comfortable... “forgot I was wearing it” is typical. I like the adjustability system. Simple, makes sense, packs down quickly into the case, and most importantly it is intuitive for users to put on by themselves. This was a BIG plus for me. Right out of the box, it just seemed to sit of the average size head and work without any fussiness. Historically, I’m generally putting headsets on for people because they seem to struggle with self-installation, but the HSM-8 seems to be the welcome exception.  Last but not least, It is a HUGE plus that the mic comes with four (!) spare cables. FINALLY, a manufacturer who realizes that these fussy little cables are normal wear items that must be routinely replaced. I’m all for high end audio, but come on...The greatest sounding headset in the world Is useless if the cable routinely breaks and cannot be field repaired. (hint to DPA) And, when cables can be replaced, but spares are so expensive that I have to specially budget to carry three or four with me, that’s not much better either (Hint to Countryman).  Bottom line: Galaxy has a great idea here. A comfortable, reasonably priced headset with all the right features AND which sounds quite good. I bet they will sell a ton of them. I’m very happy with mine!

No issues so far� Music sounds a little better

Crystal clear quality! I've had so many issues with other headsets (wireless/Bluetooth) that I wanted to give this a try. The USB cord is long so it doesn't keep me "tied" to the area. The volume is great which makes the audio quality even better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Logitech Yeti GX is a stunning piece of equipment that sounds fantastic. Its included desk stand is perfect, and it even comes with an adapter for a boom arm if needed. Since I started using it, my content sounds much more professional. It's an essential addition to my setup

The Logitech Z313 2.1 Speaker System sounds great at low to medium volume levels and I really like the wired remote volume control and switch. They have enough power, with no distortion that I can hear, for an average sized room or apartment. I’ve had these for about a week and I’m very happy with them.

I have to admit that I really love the Shield TV. We have a 4k TV and the AI upscaling really does improve the picture greatly. That was my most important criteria and the Shield delivers. There are 2 issues: 1) The search function doesn't seem to search the Amazon Prime and Netflix apps for content. Maybe it's a config thing. 2) The remote is Bluetooth not IR, which doesn't matter unless you currently use one of the IR based universal remotes like the Logitech 665. So now I am back to using 2 remotes. Logitech does make universals that can speak bluetooth, so if you care enough you can buy something that will fix this problem. So far I have not cared that much about either of these issues, but I probably would have gone to 4.5 stars if I could.

Mouse performs really well. small size allows for fitting into breifcase with no issues and is easy to transport. Logitech quality (for what that is worth). No complaints.
