Speaker Wire From Receiver To Amplifier

imho, you should skip the old 'receiver' and upgrade to a new Integrated Amplifier like this Yamaha unit. When shopping to replace my receiver i stumbled across an article on cnet about integrated amps. After spending a couple hours learning about these devices and finding a unit with an a/b speaker switch (for my speakers in the backyard), i selected this Yamaha unit.Never going back to a Receiver...easy to use, great sound (thd about 0.019), performs exactly as expected. great value too. Only 'con' is that it should allow for independent audio sources for each speaker set. 5 |

I bought the receiver/amplifier 3 weeks ago and I am really glad I did. 5 |

The Pyle preamp worked great. You need to ground the preamp and turntable to the amplifier to prevent a hum. This can be easily done by loosening a screw on the amplifier and attaching a wire to this screw. Then attach this wire along with the ground wire from the turntable to the Pyle preamp ground screw. Then tighten all ground wires to their components. 5 |

Great quality speaker wire from B&H. Wire is very flexible and color coded at a great price. 5 |

I bought this recently and have really been pleased with this receiver. FM sensitivity is good, amplifier is powerful enough to do anything I need, and is easy to use. 5 |

I can’t build nicer cables for less myself so these are my go to speaker cables when I want something nicer looking then standard speaker wire. 5 |

Awesome center channel. Hooked up an amplifier so that I can get that extra power that my receiver couldn't provide. This beast woke.up and what a sound. Klipsch, please make a stand or wall mount for this speaker. 5 |

Because the Sennheiser receiver amplifier does not come with antennas these are a must have to boost the signal of the woefully inadequate antennas that come with the Sennheiser receivers. These are inexpensive and work well. 5 |

I had an old set of outdoor speakers that I thought sounded great until I installed the BOSE 251s. The old outdoor speakers used to be powered by my old receiver/amplifier, but I replaced the receiver with the BOSE Soundtouch SA-5 Amplifier, and the 251s were the next logical upgrade. The music fills the deck and backyard with beautiful claer sound. I am very happy with the 251s combined with the SA-5 Amplifier. 5 |

I live in a hilly area where FM is sketchy and only few stations come trough, but AM radio rules. Radio is great, and both AM and FM antennas work well. Interestingly, Yamaha seems to be the only one on the market with FM. On the amplifier side it works with an older JVC tape deck, but if I want to listen to vinyl, an additional preamp is needed on the way to the receiver, receiver's amplifier alone won't work. Once preamp is in place all sounds fine. The Bluetooth is the receive mode to play from the devices. This is not a send mode Bluetooth to Bluetooth speakers, as some users assume. 5 |
