Spectrum Advanced Home Wifi Router

Great switch from the standard router you would rent from Spectrum. Was having issues connecting 2.4ghz devices to the basic router from them. Bought this and didn’t realize how slow my WIFI was with their router. With the AX4200 my wifi speed is amazing, videos stream better than ever, gaming is much easier and I can now connect my Roomba to my wifi. No complaints so far! Their NETGEAR app also has a ton of features, albeit many that I might not use. However, it is nice to have those options! Thank you!

A Home Run... litterally. Upgraded from a 6 year old wifi router that didn't quite cover the entire two story 3200 sqft house... Now, no matter where I am, consistent quality wifi connections to the internet because of this router. LOVE IT!

This is a sleek router with a beautiful interface and overall great functionality. I researched quite a bit to find a router which would cover my home and minimize, hopefully get rid of dead spots. This is a solid solution if hard wiring access points in a home is not viable. While you mayhave a small impact on speed/latency, it is relatively unnoticeable. IF you are able to use hard wire connections, then Ubiquiti access points or other whole home wifi systems may be worth looking into. However, this provides such a simple, clear, and easy solution that hardwiring can be avoided. The system comes with 3 items - 1 router and 2 mesh points. Placing the router centered in the home, and a mesh point on each end allows for maximum coverage over a larger area. I can now get Wifi all over my front and back yard, to the neighbors next door and across the street. You can even add additional mesh points down the road if necessary, or even another Amplifi router. Highly recommendif you are searching for a whole home wifi solution. *Note you will need available outlets in a good location, to plug in the mesh points, as they stay plugged in the wall.

The MR2200ac mesh router was very simple to configure to my RT2600ac router. I don't have a wired connection available for the MR2200ac, so have it configured as a WiFi Point via WiFi, located in the middle of my home (the RT2600 is unfortunately at one end of my home). After a few days, I see that about 1/2 of my WiFi devices are now connected to the MR2200 and performance has improved for those devices at a distance from the RT2600. It seems that performance of the others might have slightly improved as well. Setup took maybe 5 minutes and 3 of those was while the MR2200 software was downloaded and installed automatically once it was connected. This has extended the reach of my WiFi network to provide consistent performance throughout my home, and it is seamless.

Hooked right up to my existing RT2600AC Router from Synology and now my whole two level home is bathed in full wifi signal. Looking forward to the long term support Synology offers for its products.

Great router for a medium sized home. Seems to have extended wifi past walls that were blocking earlier routers.
