Spectrum Internet Approved Route Modem

Replaced my spectrum modem with this one. No more dropped internet and my speed is constant.

I had some issues with unstable internet. I switched from my Spectrum modem to the NetGear. No issues so far.

Needed a new modem to keep up with faster Internet speeds. This modem was approved by my ISP and was simple to get connected. Paired this with the Nighthawk AC 2300 router and I couldn't be more pleased with the WiFi coverage throughout my home! I highly recommend both products!

I and 2 other people in my household have been playing COD Warzone since it's release. Considering we also use over 20 concurrent devices and 3 VPNs for work, we upgraded to the Spectrum 1GB cable internet service. This service included a mandatory purchase of a Hitron brand modem from Spectrum as the service uses the DOCSIS 3.1 standard. Immediately after upgrading, upon leaving/ending about every 3rd game of COD Warzone or MW multiplayer (same game, different modes) the router would no longer recognize an internet connection from the modem. After trying three different routers from two different brands, setting all of the game consoles to static IPs, opening and closing recommended ports, and enabling/disabling QoS, I found a Reddit post about SoCal Spectrum customers experiencing the same issue with Warzone and this particular Hitron modem. The post claimed that a certain chipset in the Hitron conflicts with the COD software. Although I didn't find this from what I would consider a reliable source, I figured why not try it, I've tried everything else! B&H shipped the CM1000 very quickly, and immediately after installation our regular download speeds are 700-900 MBps with uploads over the ISP's stated limit. The game dropping issues have disappeared completely after installation going on 3 weeks. I am very happy with this purchase and with B&H. *Note - we are using this in conjunction with a NetGear brand router with QoS enabled.

Purchased the nighthawk modem/router combo for my spectrum internet service and it easily provides Wi-Fi to 4 phones,3 tvs streaming,a printer,Wi-Fi cameras and a MacBook This is a great product and the set up is simple

I recently had spectrum router, and it was horrible, now I have yours and my internet runs faster and does not cut in and out anymore with my modem. I am very satisfied

It was a very easy installation and got the modem working in no time at all. It is fully compatible with my Spectrum internet 400 mbps account. I would recommend this unit.

This is a great modem. Using it with spectrum Internet and Orbi router. Great speeds. We are using it to stream as well as gaming at the same time. No issues. Very easy set up. Highly recommend.

This modem works fine for my internet tier for Spectrum (1G) Had no issues setting it up and getting the speed I need.

I just got this new router because I wanted to make the most out of my spectrum internet plan since I’m paying for 200mbps and the router and modem provided by the provider only reached 80 mbps. This router almost tripled that. I’m at 225mbps now and I can track the speed with the very useful app that is free for the router and setting it up was very easy. I’ve recommended it to all my friends already so our gaming sessions will be lag free and updates won’t take up too much time
