We were looking to buy our own cable modem to eliminate the monthly rental fee. We needed one that would handle the 1.2 GPBS service and have a landline phone connection. This was listed on the Xfinity site as being compatible and meeting our requirements. It was simple to swap out our old modem/router and replace it with this and a separate router. The instructions were easy to follow and everything was up and running in a relatively short time. So far, we're very happy with the speed and reliability. 5 |

Does exactly what I needed in lieu of the Xfinity monthly rental. It will pay for its self in a year and I own it! Easy to set up, the app was easy to navigate, and it looks sleek in the office.
