Solid sound across the spectrum. I bought these for live recording purposes and they isolate fairly well in extremely loud environments. If anything they're a bit bass forward but only slightly. Since I'm a bassplayer, I'm not complaining a bit! 5 |

I needed a light for my home studio and also a light that I can travel with to and from locations if needed . I wanted a light that would allow me to adjust the colour spectrum from a soft warm white to soft cool white. I found this GVM light on b&h and It was within my price range. I have previously ordered some smaller GVM rgb led lights from b&h and I was very happy with those rgb lights from GVM so I know the product quality would meet my needs . So I went ahead and ordered these new GVM lights. I live in canada and the shipping arrived within days. Package arrived on time and in good condition. Overall I am very happy with this light. The stand is very sturdy at the bottom legs as they open up pretty wide. The stand also compacts to approx 2 feet and extends also very high. High enough which the light will be above the subject. So I can adjust the angle of the light to where I need it. The easy controls at the back of the light are easy to use and see. The colour of the light is very nice and soft especially when used with the lantern softbox which comes with the Bowen mount type. Which is a nice feature because it will allow me to add different style soft boxes to this light. The brightness can also be easy controls along with the colour spectrum. Easy to assemble and easy to put away in the GVM storage handbag that is included. I do appreciate the big handle at the back of the light as it makes it very easy to carry when you need to travel outside of the home studio. Now that I know what this light is capable of I do plan to order another one in the near future. Overall the build quality of the light fixture feels durable and well designed. The colour spectrum is accurate and the softbox does a great job of softening the light and also evenly distrubuting the light. I give it 5 stars . 5 |
