Spectrum Update Router Mac Address Online

Easy to set up once I figured figured out that you need to get the MAC address of the router, then enter into your Spectrum account web interface. The modem/router works great otherwise as far as speed- best I have had so far. It is also easy to navigate user interface of router/add ip reservations, see attached devices on the LAN etc.

Easy to install, just had to provide new MAC id to Spectrum online.

Seems solid. Easy to set up. Plug it in, call provider and update MAC address, reset admin password and good to go. Getting the speed I pay for through it

I was surprised at how easy it was to set up this router. I only had to call my ISP and give them my new MAC address. The Nighthawk router has so many features and is very secure. Constant monitoring of my network made this one of the best choices I have made. I am very glad to have purchased this router.

The CM1000 is a plug-n-play device without any configuration. However, it is a modem and not a router. This means once you connect a laptop to test the Internet connection directly, the ISP remembers the laptop's MAC address and makes subsequent installation of router difficult unless you are pairing it with a Netgear wifi router which allows it to emulate the earlier MAC address that works.

This router is a great router combo at an affordable cost. Works well with Spectrum!

This code is going to be mailed to your address in a little card that you will enter in the update process on your camera. I foolishly had it overnighted out of the country and paid customs fees instead of having it sent to my house in the states and having my wife just text me the code. Don't be like me. However, this makes my GH4 so much more fun to use in post.

Totally comparable to the LM Spectrum 4 and better in a lot of ways to own for a small owner op like myself! Love this light! Hoping for a firmware update that improves DMX behavior and it would be really cool if the panels were pixel'd but for the price this has exceeded all expectations! Web site was the most difficult online purchase ever. The site used google address to make my purchase next to impossable, as it changed my correct address to anothrr zip code or state. I spent less time finding items.
