I am using it with a Samsung 980 PRO 2TB inside and so far no problems. I have not tested its speed yet. I bought it because I did not want, and don't want yet, to install the M.2 SSD inside my laptop - which has room for a 2nd SSD, since the laptop is brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the new Samsung T9 Portable 1TB SSD drive. The drive is unexpectedly small and quite attractive with a rubber-like covering. I’m very pleased that the drive comes with both USB-A and USB-C cords for attaching to most any type of device. The drive is connected via USB-C to my Mac Studio computer. The Mac OS instantly recognized the drive and allowed me to format it for my Mac (Mac OS Extended Journaled). I tested the speed with a disk speed test utility, which reported 829.8 MB/s (write) and 890.8 MB/s (read). The speed is approximately 11X faster than my other USB external drives. I am struggling with the included Samsung PSSD utility. The app always tells me that the drive is not connected although my Mac sees it and allows me to use it. I’ve tried all of the Samsung troubleshooting suggestions for Mac OS, but it still remains unusable. That really makes no difference for me to use it. Nevertheless, I like everything about the Samsung T9 Portable 1TB SSD drive. It’s a great addition to my system.

I have tried multiple ports to test write/ read speed, USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type -C port, USB Gen 2 port, and even a USB 2.0 port. No matter what port write/ read speeds are just under 1000 MB/s. I would suggest buying the Sandisk Extreme instead of the Extreme pro, save the money. I also tested a Samsung SSD T5 for point of reference also a great reliable drive. Current build components that would play a role in the speed: 1. AMD Ryzen 9 3950X Matisse 3.5GHz 16-Core AM4 Boxed Processor 2. MSI X570 MEG Unify AMD AM4 ATX Motherboard 3. Crucial Ballistix Gaming 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel Desktop Memory 4. Samsung 2TB 980 PRO PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 Internal SSD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung T5 SSD, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and reliability. This external SSD is a game-changer for anyone looking to speed up their data transfer and storage needs. The first thing that struck me about the Samsung T5 SSD is its lightning-fast speed. The transfer speeds are incredibly quick, allowing me to move large files in a matter of seconds. Whether I'm transferring videos, photos, or large project files, the Samsung T5 handles everything with ease. The compact and sleek design of the Samsung T5 is another standout feature. It's small enough to fit in the palm of my hand, making it highly portable and perfect for on-the-go use. The durable metal casing gives me confidence that my data is safe and secure, even when I'm traveling. Setting up the Samsung T5 was a breeze - it's plug-and-play functionality makes it compatible with a wide range of devices, including PCs, Macs, and even smartphones. The included USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables ensure that I can connect it to any device without any hassle. In terms of reliability, the Samsung T5 has not disappointed me. I have been using it for several months now, and it has never let me down. My files are always accessible, and I have not experienced any issues with data loss or corruption. Overall, I highly recommend the Samsung T5 SSD to anyone in need of a fast, reliable, and portable storage solution. This Samsung 128 GB SDXC card works reliably in my Sony a6700. I shoot photos only (no video) but 8 fps bursts of up to 16 shots load immediately. Stress testing using BlackMagicDesign (1-GB files) through a Lexar USB 3.1 card reader directly connected to an iMac USB-C port resulted in a sustained write speed of 37.9 MB/s which exceed the rated 30 MB/s write speed of this V-30 SDXC card. No idea of the long-term reliability of this card, but Samsung has a good reputation so hopefully it will last a long time.

My laptop had a 2TB Samsung EVO 970 plus system drive and I bought this WD black to put in a USB enclosure. But before I did, I ran Crystal Disk Mark on the Samsung, cloned the system to this drive and ran it again on this drive. My laptop is only PCI 3 so I wasn't expecting the stated performance, and no surprise it didn't make those numbers. But it did perform a little better than the Samsung and ran a bit cooler also. So I kept this WD black as the system drive and wiped the Samsung and put that one in the USB enclosure. Now it's a few weeks later and so far so good.

This headset was easy to pair with my Samsung cell phone, which is why I bought it. Recharging via a USB on my laptop is also easy. Previously, I was frequently asked can you repeat yourself and was told you dropped out. Now, I have crystal clear communication. I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy this headset.

I use the Pearstone USB-C Male to USB Micro-B Male cable with my laptop to run my media server. I replaced an older cable that didn't have the micro 3.2 tech in it and the speed difference is noticeable. Previously with the old cable I would occasionally get stutters in the video when I played back 4k content but once I swapped out cables with this one I played back the same content without issue. I'm a big fan of the speed of this cable. [I have received this item in exchange for my honest review]
