First, I mainly use this lens on Sony bodies. I've used it on an a6300, an A7S II, and an FS5 using two FotodioX adapters (one that just passes it through, one with a built-in variable ND filter) and a Metabones Speed Booster. This is actually why I prefer using Canon lenses on a Sony body - it effectively multiplies your capabilities. No matter what I'm doing, I can pull a great image from this lens. An interesting side note: Rokinon lenses can focus beyond infinity. This is incredibly useful when you're running them through the speedbooster, which moves your focus point out a bit (in my experience). Your new infinity is now where the focus ring physically stops when using the speedbooster, rather than the infinity mark. As with most of the Cine DS series, it's a bit soft until you hit around T4-5.6 (I've found this one gets tack sharp around T4). I actually like the softer look for video work, as I feel that it looks a bit more classically cinematic than a tack sharp image does. All in all, it's an utterly beautiful lens. I'm looking forward to using it more in the future! Paired with my Rokinon 50mm lens, I don't really see myself needing anything but the two for most of the work I do. 5 |

This is a great Speedbooster. The Perfect alternative to the Metabones version. 5 |

As far as I can tell, the optics are nearly the same as my Metabones Speedbooster of the same Micro 4/3 to EF. So far so good! 5 |

I have a few Canon EF lenses... Between my friends and colleagues I have access to a ton of Canon EF lenses... ...but I really wanted a GH4. The image I'm getting with this speedbooster is incredible, and the mechanics are flawless. A big reason I had to have a good speedbooster is for my Tokina 11-16 EF. This lens is great for use on stabilizers due to infinity focus and a wide field of view. I was nervous about this purchase because in a handful of forums, I read that of all the lenses out there, the autofocus on the Tokina 11-16 didn't work on the previous version of this speedbooster, and I couldn't find any verdict on the compatibility of my Tokina and THIS speedbooster ULTRA. Well, I'm glad to say, I received my speedbooster and it works great with my Tokina 11-16! 5 |

Using this lens on a gh4 with a .64xl Metabones speedbooster. Great images from a tight lens. 5 |

This speedbooster works well with the lenses I want to use it with. Canon R7 with a few Sigma lenses. It yields great image quality with my 150-600 contemporary lens and gives me F3.5-F4.5. With the 1.6x crop thats still well over 600mm at F4.5. And over 1200mm shooting 4k crop mode on the R7. Its faster than the lens by itself at this focal length and image quality is still fantastic. Highly recommended for the R7 if you need more speed or even wider angle with your EF lenses on the R7. 5 |

I'm using this on a Panasonic G7 for video. The speedbooster is well made, it feels very solid and there is practically no play between it, the camera, and the lens. It does what it's supposed to do, gives my lenses a wider fov and better low light performance, can't complain! 5 |

This camera is amazing, especially when paired with a Metabones speedbooster and EF lenses. I am a freelance journalist and use this for video journalism purposes, including at actions at protests and outdoor events, and the small profile makes this camera less intimidating to people, even when attached to a rig and some accessories. Before buying this, I'd considered Sony's lineup, like the a7 III, which was a comparable price, as well as Canon's R series. I can't say how the GH5 II stacks up in comparison, but for my purposes, this has worked very well. One tradeoff is that it's not great in low light, but having and small external light (attached to the camera cage even) addresses that. At this price tradeoff seems to often be low light performance, better in full-frame and Sony's cameras, vs stabilization, and the the in-body stabilization allows for a great handheld feel without footage being to jittery. As is commonly noted, the autofocus also isn't that reliable, but I enjoy manual focus anyway. That's something to consider, depending on what you're up to, because manual focus pretty much requires a rig with a handle and a monitor, but the profile of the whole setup is still decently small. I believe that soon-to-be-released GH 7 will be much better in this realm, as I think the GH 6 was, but I came from a Canon EOS camera, so I was able to use all my EF lenses once I got the Metabones .71x speedbooster and the image quality is amazing, for this budget. 5 |

I previously bought the Speedbooster 0.71 adapter but I wanted one that doubled the focal length and I am happy with the quality and price. 5 |
