Was nervous a bit because I was laminating by hand using an iron!!! This stuff is amazing. Rather pricey though. I am in Mxico and i was charged 1085 pesos for import and duty fees on top of what I paid for the product. 5 |

It seems like a lot of folks have been using squeegees wrong for a long time. You do not just crunch down on them- it shouldn't make a fun sound when you run the squeegee along the film surface. It's simple: soak the squeegee in warm (not hot), preferably distilled, water for at least a few minutes. Then when you've got the film ready GENTLY run the squeegee down the film, there's not need to *squeeze* the film, you're just inviting damage- we're removing water not trying to draw blood. that's it. A couple passes in both directions and let the film dry normally from there. I recently switched to this squeegee after using a sponge squeegee for a couple years. I didn't have too many complaints about the sponge aside from it's ability to collect dust and redistribute it. This feels like it's easier to clean and maintain in the long run. 5 |
