I am really happy with my HP Sprocket. I wasn`t sure what to expect from a tiny photo printer, but the capabilities are out of this world! First off, the set-up process was a breeze. I like that this product has an app, which makes the use of it that much easier. The set up was complete within 5 minutes, and I was ready to print out my first photo straight from my phone album. The photo quality is super - another feature that makes this product superior to most. It`s literally the size of a smartphone, and has the printing capabilities of a top-tier photo printer. I definitely suggest this product to people who are fans of tiny photos to use as decor, scrapbook connoisseurs, and any other person who likes having digital prints, with a stick-on bonus. I am also impressed with the minimal design, so it looks sleek and trendy on my desk setup.

I received the Sprocket Studio printer over 2 years ago. I just took it out of its box to print phone photos. This printer has been discontinued, I had many problems with the toner cartridge and the paper. I had to find supplies for this printer but all I could find were supplies for Sprocket Studio Plus. I ordered those, thinking the toner cartridge might work in the older model. Long story short, they do not work with my model. Money wasted. BH Photo had supplies for my model. So pleased that BH had these supplies. My two-year old printer is working as if it is brand new.

I needed refills for my Sprocket printer and no one had them in my area. I am so happy I found B&H! The price was very reasonable and my order arrived quickly and exactly as purchased. I will definitely order them again and recommend this company.

I had been printing shipping labels on sticker paper, which would never line up to the top edge, so I had to cut them out of the middle of the paper. It was a pain and a waste. Now I press print and the QL-1100 is all like, "I got this" and shoots it out in two seconds. It was super easy for me to set it up. I have a Dell computer. I'm not technically savvy and it was a snap. I love, love, love this printer. I had been on the fence about buying a thermal printer, and I'm kicking myself for waiting this long.
