I use four different Nikon cameras that output via CF cards, so I need to have reliable devices to download my images. We all know that the Type 1 CF cards have an Achilles heel which is the very delicate array of pins that they plug into. My computer has a built-in USB 3.0 card reader, but the alignment guide rails are very short, and it is easy to misalign the CF card and damage the pins. However this Lexar Multi-Card reader is very well made and engages the CF card properly every time, no problem. Happy Days. Very pleased with it. 5 |

It's annoying when small features on one's computer begin to fail, like the SD card reader. So little devices like this USB- SD reader are really great if you're not quite ready to upgrade your current computer. It functions well and build quality and price are very good. 5 |
