We have a very deep set wall bc of a massive stone fireplace that extends over 24” from wall in main living area We did NOT want to have TV in the mantle but the TV was not viewable for all in room if guests were watching sports with us This mounting allowed us to pull and pivot past the fireplace and still stow it back and out of sight when not in use. It does what it is intended to do-in my case, the mount was attached in a recessed area above our gas fireplace and allowed the 65” TV to stick out of the recessed area for all to see. 5 |
