Staff Laptop Touchscreen Disk Drive Windows 10

Sets up with disk management in Windows 10 in just a few seconds and seems a very fast drive. Was a great deal on sale.

I replaced an OEM HDD on a Windows 8 HP G7-2246nr laptop with this SSD using Macronium Reflect Free. Noticed improved speed right away. Old HDD was hot to touch when removed. Glad it's gone. Here is what I did. 1) Created system image of entire old HDD to additional external USB HDD using Windows 8 File Recovery tool just in case. 2) Purchased USB 3 to SATA cable. 3) Installed Reflect and viewed support page that explains how to use Reflect. IMPORTANT 4) Cloned all partitions of old HDD in the same order that they are listed under source disk (0) in Reflect. Since is was downsizing from 512 GB old HDD to 240 GB SDD, I paused after dragging C: into destination disk to resize it down to 197 GB and set the drive letter from Auto to C. 5) Added all subsequent partitions including D for recovery (25 GB). Finished Clone keeping all partitions at original size except for C drive. 5) Shut down laptop and swapped out the hard drives and rebooted. Windows 8 recognized the SSD and there was no need to go into EUFI.

I use this drive to create a disk image of my c: drive on my laptop. Easy to use.

Using a windows 8 laptop that is not touchscreen can be frustrating at times. Adding this really handy gadget totally changed my Windows 8 experience and now my laptop is really fun to use!! I definitely recommend this product it was pretty easy to set up and works really nicely.

I'm getting good use out of these since Windows 10 seems to have a knack for destroying my disk drives. It hasn't destroyed one of these -- yet!

I bought this DVD Drive to go along with an ASUS ZenBook Pro UX501VW DS71T laptop which doesn't include an internal DVD drive. This DVD drive is barely the size of a DVD disk. It matches nicely with the laptop. It comes with a software disk and a USB splitter cable (you will need two USB ports available on your computer to use this drive). It is well constructed and functions beautifully. The included software is optional. This drive is plug and play, however, my laptop didn't come with Windows DVD Player software. No Problem... I downloaded a highly downloaded free DVD software suite and it works perfectly. It does what I bought it to do. It is not a blue-ray player though. If that is important to you, you'll need to pick another drive.

I recently purchased this for the new PC desktop running Windows 10 pro at home. It gives additional disk space to the system via pci-e x1 connection. The entire process is plug and play. Best for the price!

One of my Windows 10 laptops ran at 90-100% disk usage in task manager a lot. I found this SSD on sale at B&H and installed it. The bottleneck on the system is almost never the disk anymore. Happy IT person.

Worked great with my Windows 10 laptop. I did not need to use the Driver DVD.

The San Disk Flash drive works great and is compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7. The file transfer is very fast and the device works like a charm. I have read good reports about SanDisk memory sticks.
