Bought it as a laptop stand, but I made better use out of it when I used it for my projector

I needed a stand for a projector hidden under a coffee table and this worked very well.

I have been searching for a projector stand for quite some time, and now I found one that works exactly the way is should! It's made by a company I trust. It can also be used to hold many other items!

I needed a stand for my Sony VPL-HW40ES projector so, I bought this platform to attach to my Manfrotto Digi Tri-Pod. It's very well machined and is just large enough for the feet of the projector to rest on it. It went on with a single screw mount and is sturdy enough to hold the weight of the projector.

I bought this adapter to fix a small LCD projector to a microphone stand. Both the 1/4 screw and the ball and socket give a positive connection and lock firmly making a sturdy stand for this very small projector.

I've been looking for an inexpensive stand for my laptop and/or and LCD projector. This one fits the bill perfectly. It's light but sturdy and, for the price, I don't see how it can be beat. I use a lot of Quiklok gear and I've found it to be good value. The stand works great with my laptop for music while playing and does double duty as a projector stand for photography. We use our projector in a dusty environment, these filters are expensive but they stand up to cleaning with water and can be reused many many times- all in all I like this much better than the paper throwaways or the foamys. Upon teardown the critical parts of the projector were shockingly clean, although gnats got in through other gaps, at least the projector was dust free, I didn't expect that.

- using it as hight adjustable stand for portable projector around offices and portable light - light, cheap simple, good structure - the tri-legs deployment is adjustable thats relly cool - for lighter items but pretty stable when deployed fully - slightly bends when loaded with heavier equipment - not design for it.

We ordered this to decorate cookies and use with the pico projector. Excellent stand. Did not use the phone circle light
