Steam Computer Gaming Stock

Upgraded my 64GB Steam Deck with this and it has been an improvement overall. The stock eMMC is extremely slow in comparison so the Deck boots faster, loads faster, installs faster, etc. Upgrading the SSD in your 64GB Deck is well worth your time and money. The Sabrent SSD works perfectly, is lightning fast, reasonably priced and comes in a very cool case! I now have a 1TB Steam Deck that cost me $570 total, giving me double the storage of the 512GB Deck for $80 less.

This is my first gaming PC and I absolutely love it so far! I needed a gaming PC to be able to play games on Steam and to also be able to screen record my games for content for my YouTube channel and I can do both on the highest graphics and quality thanks to the NVIDIA GeForce 4060 with absolutely no lag! Definitely recommend this PC!

I LOVE this set up. I especially like how I can plug my oculus quest into the computer and play steam games. I can say this is the main why I game now. The controls are so smooth and I'm not clumsy with them. I love gaming but I am by no means an expert but playing this way has a natural feel to it. The library of stand alone games is pretty good and I'm sure it will keep growing. Some of the ad on things like the more comfortable head strap and usb3.0 cord are expensive but the quantity is nice. Being completely inside the game is such a great experience and takes you out of reality!

I bought it for my use, but my son uses it for his gaming computer. Love it!

Other than being able to find this particular cpu in stock, it's also a great option for gaming. Paired with 16GB 3600MHz RAM, and a Vega 64, I can play Half Life Alyx and Cyberpunk 2077 on max settings (no ray tracing) with solid frame rates. Bear in mind this cpu does seem to run a bit warm, I'm using a Noctua NH-D15 air cooler in a Lian Li Tu150 case and with prime95 I get temps in the 80s, however, in more realistic situations like gaming, I only get temps in the 60s. Of course if you can afford the 5900 or 5950 go for it, but if this cpu is in your price range it's a great option.

My MSI Gaming X Trio 3080 ti was at about 80c stock under load in my Corsair 5000D(5 120mm fans plus a 360mm AIO with 3 fans). In the Dynamic it runs 10c cooler since air is being pulled from the bottom of the case past the GPU. It is just a better design for high end air cooled 30 series GPUs.
