Steel Series Gaming Headsets

Bought these after my Steel Series Arctis pros broke due to their design flaw. Quality of a product was very important to me and these pass with flying colors. Pros -Easy to set up. -Great sound quality. -Durable design. -Great mic quality. -Customizable Cons -Not noise canceling, there is a kit that can be bought separate for 60$ to fix it. -A little heavy for my taste. -The mixamp is almost a must to have a good mix of sound and voice. 5 |

I have been through several gaming headsets for the PS5. I have finally landed on a pair that not only look and sound sleek, but do EXACTLY what I need. The digital AI noise cancellation works perfectly when eliminating background noise. But not only that, these cans have some amazing sound pumping through these magnetic drivers. No wonder Sony opted to buy Audeze. Connection to PS5 and PC is easy with the included usb-c adapter. Just make sure to pick the right source with the flick of a switch. You can update firmware and download custom EQs from the Audeze site, as well. Getting used to not using an app to make changes is a bit of a drag, but it’s worth it in the end to not have it. I have used ‘em all: Razer, SteelSeries, and Turtle Beach. Each have their own strengths but too many weaknesses. The Audeze Maxwell are just the perfect headset to add to your collection. 5 |

I Bought because they came up under a search for wireless gaming headsets, sadly I had to return them because they were both of the sort, But Harman representative went above and beyond to help me find the Quantum 600 which meet all the criteria I was looking for. 5 |

This is by far one of the best gaming headsets on the market. They are super comfortable for long hours of gameplay and excellent sound quality. I’ve been averaging 5-6 hr of gameplay without any sort of discomfort. 5 |

Most gaming headsets are too heavy for me and they hurt my ears so I wanted an on ear headset that was wireless and not too heavy. I am really happy with this headset my head and neck don't hurt after playing for several hours in a row and the noise cancelling helps me to hear my husband better through the sounds of the game. These are amazing and I would encourage anyone like me who gets head and neck aches from normal bulky gaming headsets to give these a shot. 5 |

I usually don't buy gaming headsets, as the features are usually not that apealing to me. But I wanted at least one pair of wireless headphones, and figured these would be a good choice. A good choice they certainly were. They sound incredible and the build quality is insane. They are a bit heavy on your head, but I don't have any issues wearing them for a couple hour gaming session. I can't speak for the quality of the mic as I use a seperate USB mic, but it's certainly a nice to have if I need to take a call. I plan on using these when I work from home, so the Bluetooth and dongle versatility will come in handy. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I seen reports of JBL coming out with a line up of headsets at CES. I was extremely interested in seeing what JBL can bring to the audio gaming world. I love JBL’s sound signature, and I am so happy that they brought that signature to their Quantum line up of gaming headsets. At an affordable price JBL is giving you a lot with Quantum 400’s. The headphones feel very solid. They are plasticky but do not feel cheap. They are amazingly comfortable! I was able to wear them for long periods of time with only needing to take them off every so often. The braided USB type C was is a big thumbs up. The ear cups swivel 180 degrees and sit well around your shoulders when you take them off for a break in between matches. The mic I was told by other players online said they heard my voice good with little background noise. The microphone mutes when flipped up, which is very convenient. The audio sound quality is amazing. The directional audio is on point. Picking up other players on the map is the best I heard in a set of headphones. I have only used these on PC, so I cannot say how they sound on console. I can say the software is straight forward. Through the desktop app you have access to the spatial sound, microphone settings, the RGB lighting, and equalizer. You can also update the software through the desktop app. You can change lighting on the JBL emblem on the side of the ear cups. Which is cool if that is what you are into. Most importantly, you have DTS 2.0 and JBL Quantum Surround to choose from in the spatial audio. I am not too much into JBL’s Quantum Surround, but the DTS 2.0 just make these kick. The sound is tight in all gaming environments. Playing Red Dead 2 I could close my eyes and hear what was going on the world in the game. If you are looking for a good priced gaming headset that have a lot of big features. Pick these up! 5 |

I have owned previous mouse pads, and this one is my favorite. I had a steel series pad before I purchased the BenQ, and the BenQ is definitely superior. It’s not a small pad either! It’s a good bit bigger than my steel series, and a lot bigger than non-gaming pads. It makes me wonder how massive they consider large because the small pad is medium-large in my opinion. I use low dpi (800) on my mouse as well, and there’s plenty of space. The quality is fantastic, it’s extremely soft, and has a nice rubber bottom. I think you get what you pay for here, and it’s a definitely a quality pad. 5 |

I recently upgraded from the Apple Series 5 Stainless Steel to the Series 6 Stainless Steel. While the Apple Watch remains one of the standout wearables you can buy, I'm still awaiting another leap forward in functionality and design. The blood oxygen monitor is another weapon in the arsenal of health Apple is building but isn't the headline feature I am clamoring for. As ever, the incremental improvements to the battery life and display are welcome, but it feels like there's untapped potential still with Apple's Series 6. Apple Watches are rising in popularity to the point where most will know that they're small second screens that connect your iPhone to your wearable, and you might be wondering whether the new device offers anything massively alluring, if you're thinking about upgrading from an older model, you’ll be especially honed to learn what’s new. This Watch has a blood oxygen sensor inside, new colors to delight, and a more efficient S6 engine at its heart. It also has a brighter display for sunny conditions. Beyond that, the rest of the new features that the Apple Series Watch 6, like sleep tracking, hand-wash tracking, and new buckle-less bands, will be made available to older Apple Watches. 5 |

I bought this to replace my steel series and absolutely blows me away at how good they are. My stream says I sound better. I hear better and the sound deadening is amazing. 5 |
